With the comprehensive development of socialist modernization with Chinesecharacteristics, ideological and political education in China has made brilliant achievements.However, a lot of problems are exposed at the same time. One of the most prominent issue isthe tendency to appear rigid and isolated in the development of ideological and politicaleducation, which then directly leads to being divorced from the rural realities. The prime causefor this is ideological and political education, in its development, is not flexible enough toadapt to the development of the external community and cannot contact the practical subjectof ideological and political education. The resolution of these problems depends on thesocialization of ideological and political education. It can be seen that theoretical study on thesocialization of ideological and political education is of the urgency and the times. If nottheoretically researched on the socialization of ideological and political education, it onlyleads the socialization of ideological and political education to be a formality, and could noteffectively guide the ideological and political education practice.As a way for the socialization of persons, ideological and political education is atwo-way process. it embodied not only the process individuals or social practice and realityadapt each other, but also the process a number of joint subjects promote social development.On the socialization of ideological and political education, there are two full reciprocal logiccourse, one is a socializing route from outside to internal. In this direction, the ideological andpolitical education to social development activities, subject-oriented, adjusts itself to theprocess of society, which is a passive process. The other is from the inside to outside, throughvarious individuals involved in ideological and political education to interact andcommunicate, creating a common experience, Which is a proactive socialization. With theprocess from the inside and outside as the main line, this article attempts to start research on the socialization of ideological and political education, so that it can make socialization ofideological and political education a broken sword of being rigid and isolated, making it asignificant impact on the practice.From Marxist man-sight to observe, analyze and interpret socialization of ideologicaland political education, it provides new concepts and ideas to change the "defiant" traditionalin moral education, improve the targeting of modern ideological and political education to bemore initiative and effective. This, based on Marxist philosophy, especially historicalmaterialism, mainly using Marx doctrine of human theory and basic position, views andmethod to analyze ideological and political education socialization, seeks to enrich anddeepen the related research.Based on Marx’s words, the nature of people is the sum in reality, it reflects on thepeople’s social problem and people’s socialization and personalization, and stresses "specificindividual" should became the realistic start of people’s socialization ideological and politicaleducation.Needs is an important category of historical materialism and Marxist human studies, is anatural "internal stipulation" motivation and practice. Needs and interests is also the deepdynamic force of social and historical development. There is a certain tension between humanneeds and the socialization of ideological and political education which are inextricablylinked.Based on the doctrine of people’s full development, it restresses the human’s status androle in the socialization of ideological and political education and thinks that the socializationof human is an overall development and full needs development, and must be achieved in thepractice of personal socialization. It also confirms human’s potential development as thetarget of the realization.Generated from Marx’s significance of practice for human, it reveals profoundunderstanding of human’s practice and its relationship to human’s socialization, proposes thatlearning and interaction as two basic practical activity of human socialization possibally playa decisive role in the course of conversion.
