An enterprise is an entity composed of different resources in the form of human,finance,material and information. For the maximum profit and value increase and under the direction of overall strategy,the enterprise acquires allocation and utilization of the resources in a coordinated manner. Human resource acquirement (HRA), as the basic way to attract excellent persons and improve employees' ability structure, influences the relations between the enterprise and environment and has a significant effect on the person management and social image. The thesis' writing is a process to summarize and promote what the author has learned during his Master's degree studying period and bring forward a transformation program for the H Company according to the theory . HRA is a crucial part of human resource management (HRM) and should be operated under a scientific and normal process which reflects the company's strategy and culture. The author takes part in the HRA many times and finds it can't match a set criterion. Thinking it over with my knowledge and I realized that HRA must relate to other management tasks. It is very critical to have an exact cognition to the relation between strategy and culture so as to establish H Company's policies, which help to improve other management. The thesis tries to explain that to form an effective HRA mechanism can utilize human structure and make H Company more competitive. Though H Company doesn't have rallying point as much as multinational enterprise, the right person also can be found and the company and employees have a good development. There are a lot of experiences that can be absorbed by H Company. The small companies are able to grow up step by step from recruiting and there must be some rules in them. The thesis take H Company as an example to show the relation between method of management and people selection and the balance between personalities and team spirit. The primary research method in the thesis is following the study model of "presenting problems,analyzing problems and resolving problems" and method of applying theory to the practice. The thesis describes the general picture of H Company's HRM and HRA, and points out the puzzles brought by existing management method and advances resolvent. Then, it analyses each part deeply, point out the advantage and disadvantage in the practice, and generates a transformation plan according the success experience. Frankly speaking, there exist some shortages in the thesis for the complexity of the subject and the defects the author has in the theories and practices. The author hopes some ideas of the thesis could be valuable to the practice, which is the supreme purpose the thesis is written for.
