This paper combining the worldwide human right theory with current practical development situation,based on the Marx's own works,absorbs the research achievements of our country in this field,focuses on the typical problems,then have a new understanding and reconstructing towards the historical process of Marx's human rights' development and evolution. Also in this paper,it generalizes the basic characteristic and basic views of Marx's human rights theory,and highlights its historical surpassing towards the bourgeoisie views on human rights,which focuses on the human revolution. On the basis of the above,connected with our country's "Enlightening and Saving" activity,this paper explains the historical necessity,which the Marx's human rights theory has been founded and taken the leading role. After its settling in China,the Chinese communist members under the guidance of Marxism primarily develop the human rights construction and practice with Chinese characteristic in the process of leading Chinese revolution. Our human rights construction and practice have already entered a new historical periods,meanwhile facing all kinds of challenges after the founding of new china and especially after the Reforming and Opening. Aiming at various of theoretical puzzlements in the practice of human rights,this paper explores that the Marx's thoughts on human rights encircling with "human revolution" theoretically functions in our country's constructions.
