With the deepening of the process of world economic integration, competition betweennations becomes increasingly fierce. The key of competition between nations is competition inknowledge, skills and talent in technology and research. College teachers, as important producers of knowledge and cultivation of technology and research talent, their roles are attaching moreand more attention. Therefore, it has an important practical significance for the research on HRMof college, the attitude of college full-time teachers, job performance, and its mode ofinteraction.This research makes a survey of full-time teachers in provincial universities of HebeiProvince, Tianjin, Zhejiang Province, eliminates some factors such as gender, serving time,college size, college type, engaged discipline, marital status and other factors, then concludes23terms of psychological contract of local college full-time teachers. And by further investigation,we find that psychological contract of local full-time teachers mainly includes three dimensions:developmental psychological contract, relational psychological contract and transactionalpsychological contract.By analysis of literatures and theories in psychological contract, organizational commitment,loyalty of executive, environmental performance and task performance, this paper put forwardsdirect impact of psychological contract commitment of local full-time college teachers onenvironmental performance and task performance, assumes indirect impact of organizationalcommitment and loyalty intermediary, then establishes a rather completely theoretical model.This research is empirically validated by taking the survey data of nearly300full-time teachersin more than ten provincial colleges of Hebei, Tianjin, and Zhejiang. The final results of thestudy show that the extent of psychological contract commitment of local full-time collegeteachers has both direct impact on environmental performance and indirect influence oforganizational commitment and loyalty intermediary.Finally, it concludes the extent of psychological contract commitment of local full-timecollege teachers honored a significant impact on the performance according to the results ofempirical research. Therefore, the management of psychological contract of local collegefull-time teachers should be strengthened. The management of psychological contract of localcollege full-time teachers should start from the early stage of its establishment; go through theprocess of psychological contract commitment and stage of after commitment. In face of theproblems and characteristics of different stages, this paper proposes different measurements forpsychological contract management.
