The study for the current level of our educational administration theory in general not higher, which is a real problem exists in the educational administration research. The thinking in theoretical studies is researchers have to face, the problem of theoretical thinking will directly compete with the theoretical results, educational administration theory with educational administration research thinking has a close relationship. Theoretical thinking Able to respond to the theoretical study of innovation, also can provide effective protection for the practical activities. Based on this, I make a useful exploration through the study of theoretical thinking to change the current way of educational administration theory status in educational administration research, to enhance the level of China’s educational administration theory. Overall, this study has three parts:the first part is mainly about Basic problem, rational thinking "ought" proposed "theoretical thinking" and analysis its connotation and denotation and construct certain theoretical thinking model. The second part is the status quo scan, sort out the "Practice" state, with the theoretical thinking model to reflect on the problems that exist in the current e educational administration research and find out the reason. The third part, solve problems, construct "ought" and "Practice" Contact specific path, the existing problems theoretical thinking in the educational administration, re-build a new path to solve the development of the educational administration research thinking.Except the introduction, the study is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is modeling, the second chapter is theoretical discussion, chapter three focusing on the real problems of reflection, the fourth chapter focuses on problem solving. The specific content:Chapter Ⅰ:Paradigm construct about theoretical thinking of educational administration research. This chapter focuses on the basic conditions about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, the content about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, the ways (methods) about theoretical thinking of educational administration research, the forms of expression about theoretical thinking of educational administration research in four areas to construct theoretical thinking model of educational administration.
