Senior Middle School Physics is based on natural science, and inquiry learning is a kindof learning method, a learning goal,and learning contents,.In the physics course standardspecified elements and implementation process of scientific inquiry are formulatedclearly.Thus it can be seen that inquiry learning has very important value and significance.Itcan help students to cultivate and improve inquiry learning ability and innovation ability.The essay focuses on design and application of tools for Senior Middle School Physicsinquiry learning. First of all, from the aspects of information technology’s influence on thephysical courses, high school physics’ demanding of inquiry-based learning and inquirylearning need tools urgently, it elaborated the research background and significance.Then itanalyzed the theory of constructivism learning theory, the integration points and the theory ofmultiple intelligences, which are the basis for the further research.This paper mainly includes the following work:(1)Analysis of inquiry learning activity obstacle point in senior high school. Inquirylearning is a specific condition. Also not all the inquiry learning activities can be supportedeffectively by information technology. This paper carried out the research on the informationtechnology support the appropriateness of the high school physics inquiry learning activities.By the inquiry learning activities and the type of high school physics properties are analyzedsystematically. Then take a questionnaire survey to teachers and students and understand themain obstacle supporting points supported by information technology in the physics inquirylearning activities.(2) Designing the high school physics inquiry learning activities support tool system.Inquiry learning depends on knowledge, theory, principle, method. So it is not in the air andcan’t be divorced from the knowledge base. Therefore, inquiry learning process and resultsare also important for the inquiry learning. Around the inquiry learning seven elements andthe high school physics inquiry learning activities obstacles. I made inquiry learning activitiessupporting tools must be resolved the difficult understanding of knowledge, learningproblems, personalized training evaluation and cooperation, and makes a general design tool.(3) Supporting difficult knowledge inquiry learning tool design. According to the inquirylearning tool support to understand the high school physics difficult knowledge. Focusing onthe electrical and mechanical. Through systematically analyzing the textbook researchcontents and main bottleneck of students in the learning process are analyzed. Respectively,established a tool which is supporting electrical and mechanical difficult knowledge scienceinquiry learning, and the specific functions of the tool design analysis.(4)The design of the adaptive testing tools. In this part, the paper analyzes the basicelements of the adaptive testing tools and designs the model structure system. Then someimportant function modules are analyzed such as the classification and features of adaptivetest, operating test module, content test module and student evaluation.(5)The design of inquiry learning tools to support the personalized and collaborative learning. In the part of the personalized learning tools, the students and teachers are mainresearch objects. The personalized learning tools are analyzed in function and designed intools by the means of documents investigation, interview and discussion etc. In the part ofcollaborative learning tools, collaborative learning style is analyzed from the three dimensionof competition/cooperation, To/with the long distance, real-time/asynchronous. Then thecollaborative learning model is constructed, designed and implemented.(6) Inquiry learning tools supporting the complicated knowledge understanding, adaptivetesting tools, and inquiry learning tools supporting personalized and collaborative learning aredesigned in the system prototype. And the application cases are designed and these cases areanalyzed.
