The connotation, character, theory basis, and cognition and psychology of the senior high school students are analyzed in theory. It provides theory basis for putting inquiry learning into effect in physics learning in senior high school. In addition, concrete implement process aspects included in inquiry learning is debated on the base of implement rule, combining the character of new physics course in high school. In every part, the teaching and learning example is giving for explain, and the teacher's leading tactics is given too. In this paper, a whole example of"yuan zi he shi jie gou"in teaching and learning practice in analyzed deeply and detailed.
