In the entrance of the twenty -first century ,the human race will depend onknowledge innovation and sustainable development,and the whole word will enterknowledge based economy times challenge and apportanity brought by knowledgeeconomy lie ahead of us .We should enforce qualityoriented education and promotethorough innovation education and promote thorough innovation education ,therelyfostering the innovative epirit and practical ability ,which is increasingly praised bypeople .whith the development of our society ,the education course that is aimed tofoster people is confronted with both the new developing apportunity and higer heavierchallenge.Inquiry learning is a word-wide subject in the education field in current times .Thesignificance of inquiry learting is that it will have an important promotion both toquality-oriented education and innovative education .In china ,we are furthering anew-round curriculum reform .Just because of its learning concept that is acining tochange students' learning form and developing students'innovative spirit and practicalability ,inquing learning is becoming focus to a new-round elementary educationreform.Discipline teaching is the main means of quality oriented education .Classroomteaching is the main front of enforcing learning.since.the.widely.popularization. ofinquiry .inquiry.learning,discipline classrom inquiry learning remains an importantprobing direction for educators .In the present system, inquiry learning should becombined effectively with classroom teaching and become the effective practising andexperience .If not so,inquirylearningwill play a rather limited role in the entire educationactivity and will hardly promote students' activityquality in the overallteaching .Therefore ,we should establish the effective and integrated teaching patternbased on inquiry learning and classroom teaching .Only by this way can we inheritknowledge systerm of traditional teaching form high school to institution of higherlearning ,and relect the key conceptof inquirt learning-foster students'innovative spiritand practical ability ,which has significant theoretical value and practical value .As for physics teaching of senion secondary school ,traditional teaching hasexposed more and more malpractice confornting with challenges of newcentury .Consequently,State couneil's decision on elementary education reform anddevelopment referres;to develop inquiry learning and to foster students'ability ofproposing ,studying and sowing problems .For this reason ,Physics curriculum standardof general high school( experiment )in china presents definite request :physics course ofsenior secondary school should encourage students to learn involuntarily ,paticipateactively,inquire willingly ,experiment bravely and ponder assiduously .By variousteaching pattern,the course should help students learn physics knowledge andtechnique ,develop scientifie inquiring ability and form gradually scientific attitude andscientific spirit.As a result ,we should reform traditional physics teaching and take anexploring venture .In iew of the characteristics of physics course ,physics teaching law of seniorsencondary school and our present education systerm ,physics ,in my opinion ,can beeasier and better reflect inquiry learning concept .On the basis of referring toforefathers' study fruit ,this paper is an inquiry and study on how to implement inquirylearning in physics classroom teaching of senior secondary school .This paper includesfour parts as follows:The first part: starting mainly from the realistic segnificance ,it is a necessary analysisof inquiry learning's inplementing status quo in classroom teaching.The second part : It is a theoretical investigation on the subject "the integration ofinquiry learning and physics classroom teaching in senior secendary school". And thekey to realies the integration is integrating inquiry learing and receiving learning.The third part :the writer attempts to establish two patterns of the integration-modular inquing pattern of the integration -modular inquiry pattern and guiding inquirypattern ,and their separate implementing procedures .The writer also has taken practicalexamination and analysis .The fourth part :According to the write's own practical study ,the writer has anintrospect .In order to ensure the study fruit serve numeroud physics teachers at thefront line .The writer puts forward some teaching suggfestion on the successfulenforcement of two teaching patterns.
