But with the growing number of college students, talents’quality cultivated by colleges and universities fails to rise, And college students are more and more difficult to find jobs after graduation, the phenomenon of difficult employment appears. As a special part of employment group of Mongolian teaching graduates, their employment problem is much more serious. With the rapid development of social economy, more and more developed science and technology and the effective implementation of the national policy of the western, development strategy, high-quality talent’s are more and more important。 Especially in ethnic minority areas, the importance of Mongolian- and -Chinese talent is more outstanding。On the one hand, is the social demand of Mongolian teaching importance of graduates in colleges and universities, On the other hand, under the contradictory background of the large number of surplus of Mongolian talents phenomenon, how colleges and universities to deal with the relationship between social needs and college education talents, and promote the employment of college graduates, have become an important issue in society.Based on the employment problem of Mongolian teaching college students in Inner Mongolia,to analyze the present situation of Mongolian graduates’ employment and find out the reasons, and then put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of college Mongolian teaching employment problem, so as to provide theoretical enlightenment and practical guidance on the solution of the employment problem related to the livelihood of people.
