Children are the hope and future of China. Thus, the healthy growth of childrenis the important responsibility of every family, the task of school education, socialexpectations all the time, which national leaders concern most. However, there are alot of researches which have shown that the mental health education has not beenimproved much since in1994, the State Council issued formally carrying out mentalhealth education in schools in China. About healthy growth of children, after thediscovery of2005national physical fitness monitoring of primary and secondaryschool students decreased year by year became the first prominent social problemsince China’s reform and opening, psychological problem has been another one--citychildren "partnership crisis " has become another major focus of social concern.Children will feel very lonely because of the lack of partners and communicationability which will lead to a variety of mental problems, and even social behaviorproblems. At present, the research on the causes and interventions of “partners crisis"is in the surface phase, not enough to ease, not to mention completely eliminate. Sincechildren spend most of their time at school, as such problem about how to solve theproblem of "partnership crisis ", the school should be the first think, which is also theeducation’s duty and responsibility that can’t shirk.As for present city children’s "partnership crisis " problem, using such researchmethod using as literature, questionnaire, expert interview method, experimentalmethod and mathematical statistics method, starting from sociology, pedagogy,physical education, psychology, sports psychology and so on, the article dissectdeeply the meaning and origin of city children’s " partnership crisis ", systemanalyzed control effect and its mechanism of physical education to control the citychildren’s " partnership crisis ". Accordance to principles of be from a practical pointof view and making full use of the existing conditions, and fully considering thedifferent school sports subjective and objective actual conditions, we used peereducation as a part of the school sports lesson, and built a new school sports teachingmode with strong flexibility, high efficiency, promotion value, according to the realityneeds; by using the city Ji’nan as a sample, through the experimental intervention, theintervention effect and its mechanism of verification under the new mode of teachingof Ji’nan children’s " partnership crisis ". Through research got following conclusions:1Children’s “partnership crisis” in city is the danger because of lack of partnersor the ability to interact with peers. This danger includes initial lonely feeling, and theunhealthy psychological and social behavior problems which loneliness will lead to.2The main causes of city children partner crisis are: the one-child policy, examsystem, social atmosphere in social humanity environment factors, living environment,traffic environment, limitations of parents because of subjective factors and schoolleaders and teachers’ shirking their responsibilities, and subjective consciousnessbehavior of pursuit of short-term interests.3the intervention effect of "peer education" of school sports teaching on thestudent of high loneliness remarkable, and associated with grade, grade3-4intervention effect is more obvious than5-6grade; for middle and low loneliness students, the intervention effect as a whole is not obvious.4the intercommunion intervention effects of "peer education" of school sportsteaching on students with high loneliness are different in level, dimension and grade.The differences are as follows.Firstly, about attack and withdrawal behavior in3-6graders in social behavior, in2levels and5dimensions, the effect of affirmation and relationship, help andguidance, and conflict resolution in friendship quality, and certainly the quality of thefriendship and relationship, help and guidance, and conflict resolution strategy isobvious.Secondly, the intervention effect of3-4grade of four levels of peer interactionwas overall better than grade5-6, which specific performance is that there weresignificant difference in grade3,4in three dimensions, the pro-social behavior, socialpreference, and social self-perception, but no significant difference in5-6grade.Thirdly, from the overall friendship quality loneliness as a group of highloneliness,3to6years there were significant differences in3-6grades, and the effectin grade3-4was more significant, especially in grade4.5In high loneliness group, the impact of peer communication to loneliness existssome differences in grade, as follows:Firstly, Loneliness factors are withdrawal behavior and social preference in3graders students;Secondly, Loneliness factors are help and guidance, affirmation and care andsocial preferences in grade4students;Thirdly, Loneliness factors are conflict resolution strategies, social preferences,affirmation and care and help and guidance in grade5students;Fourthly, Loneliness factor is conflict resolution strategies in grade6students.6school sports "peer education" teaching model’s intervention certainly had aneffect on the partner crisis of children in city.
