Research On The Influence Of Knowledge Management On Innovation Ability Of Technology-based SMEs

Nowadays,the small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology are playing a more and more important role in the training of new technology,the research and development of new products,the upgrading of the industrial structure and the development of the social economy.As an important weight to ensure the advantages of small and medium-sized enterprises in the fierce competition market,the importance of innovation ability is gradually known and recognized by the enterprises.In the era of knowledge based economy,innovation ability comes from knowledge,applied to practice,and is influenced by knowledge management.Based on this,this paper studies the impact of knowledge management on technological innovation capability of SMEs,which has theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of combing the reference literature at home and abroad,this paper redefines knowledge management.Based on the theory of system theory,knowledge value chain,open innovation and structural equation,the influence of knowledge management,hardware and software support on the innovation of knowledge management and Technology Based SMEs is discussed in this paper.The influence of knowledge management,hardware and software support is discussed in three aspects..This paper constructs the theoretical model of the innovation of knowledge management and technology type small and medium-sized enterprises,puts forward the reasonable hypothesis,uses spss21.0 and amos17.0 to analyze the data collected by the questionnaire survey method,and constructs the 27 articles about the innovation of the knowledge management to the innovation and technology type small and medium enterprises.The path of the ability impact is tested by consistency.The empirical research shows that:(1)there is no significant relationship between knowledge acquisition and management innovation of SMEs;(2)thereis no significant relationship between the structure of the sector and the network facilities and the innovation results of the SMEs;(3)the enterprise strategy and culture to the scientific and technological type There is no significant relationship between SMEs' management innovation and the other 23 paths.The above 4 paths are deleted and according to the final conclusion,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of knowledge management,hardware and software support respectively.To sum up,after the accumulation of a large number of theoretical basis,this paper mainly uses an empirical analysis method based on questionnaire research to analyze the innovation relationship of knowledge management and scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises.It has enriched the theoretical research of knowledge management and innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology.At the same time,it provides a grasp of the scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises to promote innovation from the perspective of knowledge management.
