Economic globalization makes the environment uncertainty faced byorganizations gradually strengthened. The competition amongorganizations has gradually moved from traditional natural resources toa knowledge-based one according to the acquisition and conversion of technology.Technology transfer, a prerequisite and inevitable stage of knowledge and technologyacquisition, is also an effective process and means to create new knowledge andtechnology.Technology transfer is a dynamic process and it’s also an important part of theenterprise technology industrialization and socialization. Through technologytransfer, organizations make their own independent open complex giant system linked.Taking the value-added of technology transfer as the target is a new exploration ofknowledge management study methodology.This thesis establishes the cost function of the internal organization technologytransfer, which calculates the minimum expected cost model for coordinationaccording to different information decisions. It defines and decomposes two kinds ofactivities within the organization: technological innovation and technology transfer,puts forward the matching order of the two kinds of activities in resource allocation,gives the algorithm of the efficacy and safety of organizational resourcesarrangements for the decomposition activities.The thesis analyzes the mode and process of technology transfer amongorganizations, studies the influence of embedding on three technology transfer modessuch as technology transfer mode, participation mode, derivative mode and the mainbody of the behavior, illustrates the inter-organizational innovation mechanism oftechnology transfer for cooperation and innovation, and builds the Value-added Modelof knowledge transfer among organizations.The thesis discusses the formation of technology transfer network and itselements, analyzes the influence of network on technology transfer among theorganization, studies the balance effectiveness and topology structure of technologytransfer network,compares parameter conditions to meet the need of balance andeffectiveness. It studies the implementation of technology transfer under the condition of incomplete information and determines the income distribution scale coefficients.Through the research of pooling equilibrium and separating equilibrium model inthe signaling game, it puts forward the influence of distribution proportion coefficienton both the supply and the demand of technology under the equilibrium state intechnology transfer process.From four perspectives, such as internal organization, between organizations,networks and technical characteristics, the thesis studies the impact factors of thevalue-added of technology transfer, constructs the Value-added Model of technologytransfer. From different perspectives such as the activity, way, feedback and controlmode, power and network structure of technology transfer, it discusses the realizationof the value-added of technology transfer.Based on the research of influence factors of affecting the value-added oftechnology transfer, the thesis confirms the empirical research variables and researchhypotheses. It uses SPSS15.0to test the reliability and validity of the collectedquestionnaire and AMOS7.0to establish structure equation model between eachvariable, then verified the proposed research hypotheses, which provides empiricalsupport for the study of value-added technology transfer theory.
