Mould laser hardening can optimize the performance and extend the service life of the mould by improving the hardness and wear resistance of mould surface.On the other hand,it is difficult to finish the finishing process of the mould after laser hardening.In view of the huge market of mould laser hardening,it is important to solve the problem of the mould surface finishing after laser hardening.In order to solve the problem of the mould surface finishing after laser hardening,a new finishing method,softness consolidation abrasives(SCA),is proposed by Prof Ji Shiming of ZJUT.The new processing tool,pneumatic wheel is also developed.There is obvious vibration problem in the finishing process of pneumatic wheel.The vibration causes a series of problems,such as excessive wear of the workpiece,particle detachment and fatigue failure of,pneumatic wheel,etc.In this paper,the vibration problem in the finishing process of pneumatic wheel is studied.In order to reduce the vibration of the finishing process,the vibration prediction model is established.The main research contents include:1)In order to solve the problem that the pure rubber matrix of pneumatic wheel is difficult to meet the requirements of finishing processing,the new composite matrix was developed by the method of short fiber reinforcement.Based on the analysis of the stress of the composite matrix,the calculation model of the elastic modulus of the composite matrix was established.By comparing the experimental results,it is proved that the calculation model of elastic modulus is effective.This model provides an important theoretical basis for the analysis of contact vibration of pneumatic wheel.2)First of all,it is assumed that the adhesive layer is particle reinforced composite,and then the Mori-Tanaka method is used to establish the calculation model of the elastic modulus.Through the comparative analysis,it is found that there is a certain deviation between the model calculation and the experimental results.Through the analysis,found that the original model ignores the effects of particle size,which leads to large deviation.To optimize the calculation model by adding the particle size variables.The optimized model can effectively predict the elastic modulus of the adhesive layer.It provides an important theoretical basis for the analysis of contact vibration of pneumatic wheel.3)The contact force of pneumatic wheel is analyzed,and the mechanism of contact vibration is studied.Based on the calculation model of elastic modulus of the composite matrix and the adhesive layer,the contact model of pneumatic wheel is established.By comparing the experimental results,the parameters in the model are determined.This model can explain the contact vibration of pneumatic wheel,and it can effectively predict the vibration amplitude of different contact modes.This model also provide the theoretical basis for the control of pneumatic wheel.4)Based on the mechanical characteristics of the whole system of the pneumatic wheel finishing,the mechanism of the system vibration is studied,and the system vibration model of the pneumatic wheel is established.In view of the special problem of the vibration intensification of the workpiece boundary,the constraint condition of boundary processing is proposed.By comparing the experimental results,it is proved that the model is effective.This model can effectively avoid the high amplitude vibration.This model also provide the theoretical basis for the control of pneumatic wheel.In this paper,the finishing vibration of pneumatic wheel are presented.The prediction model of contact vibration and system vibration of pneumatic wheel are established.The two models are verified by experiments.The two model can effectively predict the vibration amplitude of pneumatic wheel in the process of finishing.The research work in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of pneumatic wheel,and provides a theoretical guidance for the attitude control of the pneumatic wheel finishing.
