| Since Copenhagen Conference,"low-carbon" has become a focal point for scientists and research scholars in various fields from major countries all over the world.It has developed into a worldwide general discussion,touching upon all the trades and industries,including architectural and constructional industries.In view of the fast-changing development of the rural society and economy due to urbanization,and the spread of the non-intensive land-use and high-carbon activities,it has become urgent as to how to coordinate among low-carbon and development,urban and rural lives and other contradictions,based on special conditions of our country,in achieving sustainable development for rural residential environment.Hence,the need for a synthesized multi-disciplinary method for the research and practice of constructing the low-carbon,rural residential environment.The rural area in developed countries,underwent rapid economic development,with high level of urbanization.The urban high-carbon activities rapidly seep into the rural area,therefor came the structural change in living environment,such as increase of the energy consumption,the drop of the environment comfort level,and lower the community vigorousness.This research used "Yangtze Delta" rural area’s evolution as background,starting from the concept of "low-carbon village building",going through the village carbon cycle system and composition elements,proposing the "low-carbon control units",the building system and explicit space design strategy as well as its quantification,establishing the workable indicator system,and realizing the low-carbon control mechanism of village space development.This research has first analyzed the theories and practices in both domestic and foreign studies concerning rural residents’ living environment and low-carbon research.In view of our country’s rural residential living environment reality and problems,the research proposed the concept of "low-carbon village building".Secondly,in view of carbon cycle theory,the research analyze and summarize the composition elements of village carbon cycle system building,including "adjustment" of"fixed carbon source" and the "control" of "motion carbon source" and the optimization of"process carbon source" as well as the intrinsic mechanism and function of the "natural carbon collects","paragenesis",and the research proposed "low-carbon village" based on this establishment of building system and "low-carbon control unit" strategy.Then,based on "low-carbon control unit",in the construction shape,the neighborhood unit,the village space as well as in the different levels of village territory scope,the research,from the three aspects of "throttle","open source" and "carbon mitigation"?discussed the space structure,the transportation system and building carbon reduction,the energy supply etc.,including "low-carbon glossary" of the space design strategy and building guiding rules.From the background of village building,the research also established the evaluation system of "low-carbon village",which mainly focused on the space strategy qualitative guides,and weighing control as a supplement.Finally,the research takes the improvement plan of Zhejiang Jingwu Village as the empirical study,in grasping the social structure,economical conditions,life style as well as building facility in village,and completed recognition of "low-carbon control unit",set the"low-carbon goal" with the system,and from the concepts of "open source","throttle" and"carbon mitigation",established the building system,clarified the space strategy,and through the appraisal of qualification and quantification,realized the goals of the design optimization and construction,in the hope of throwing some lights and inspiration on the construction of rural residents’ living environment. |
