The dissertation studies and discusses some most representative of the victim bodies by selecting the competitive football criminal. The study is divided into the two parts to illustrate,namely in theory and in details.In theoretical party the article mainly introduces some concepts and theories related to this research which is divided into three chapters. The first chapter defines crime victim in competitive football mainly from two aspects. First the definition of competitive football crime is defined, secondly the concept of the criminal victim in competitive football; In chapter ? competitive football crime victims are classified, first introduces classification standard, then the victims can be divided into three kinds including national victim, the legal entity victim and natural person victim; Chapter ? summarizes the characteristics of competitive football crime victim, the paper thinks competitive football crime victim is of the most essential characteristics of the victim, also with some common characteristics about competitive football crime victims.Based on the analysis of theoretical party the details parts focuses on four typical victim's own situation, reasons and prevention in the criminal victim of competitive football.
