combines the interests between various country and region,concentrates regional resources and energy,solves the common problems facing through the joint efforts,maintains and promotes mutual interests and ultimately achieve a win-win goal.Stable international environment is the vital foundation,developmental and prosperity base,and the sailing ports of great revival for China.Not only the stable international environment creating,but also international regional cooperation provides a good opportunity and mutual prosperity for China and other Asian countries.At the same time,international regional cooperation is one of the best paths to practicing the foreign policy of "bringing harmony,security and prosperity to neighbors" for China.The sixth plenary session of the eighteenth of the Communist Party of China raises "To Advance mutual benefit,win-win and pragmatic cooperation in various fields with relevant countries and regions".Therefore,to promote the sustainable development of Asia and realize the win-win cooperation,constructing "community of destiny" Asia is China's participation in international regional cooperation opportunities.But for China,the current problems we are facing is not only a can participate in regional cooperation,but how to better integrate and promote regional cooperation.Based on this,the author tries to explore the international development law are in the process of regional cooperation,on the basis of summing up the early successes,summarized in the process of international regional cooperation,exactly what factors play a key role,that is to say,what are the factors driving the formation and development of the international regional cooperation,determines its success and continuity,and these factors is not negligible.For the problem of the study is helpful to inspire Chinese in international regional cooperation is necessary to consider these factors driving force,and try to play their role,to be more perfect to build its competitiveness and status of the whole.In this paper,on the regional cooperation,on the basis of general theory in political science related theory analysis and interpretation of the regional
