Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Police Force In Gansu Province Judicial Administrative Compulsory Quarantine Detoxification Center

Under the background of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity and governing the country according to law,The administration of drug rehabilitation must also keep pace with the times.As the core force to maintain the normal operation of judicial and administrative compulsory quarantine drug rehabilitation institutions and to complete the management education,psychological counseling,rehabilitation training and behavior correction for drug addicts,the administration level and work effect of drug rehabilitation police are the basis of modern administration level of drug rehabilitation centers and social security and stability.In this paper,based on the two-factor theory,Gansu Province,the administration of Justice and compulsory isolation of the police detoxification center as the main research object,from the incentive factors and health factors in two dimensions of Gansu Province,the administration of Justice and compulsory isolation of the existing performance appraisal,pay benefits,promotion system,training and education,incentives and other specific punishment incentive mechanism for division,make Gansu Province judicial administration compulsory quarantine detoxification police incentive mechanism questionnaire,through the questionnaire method,auxiliary SPSS data analysis,to the current health care factors and incentive factors in the demographic on scientific review,analysis in different demographic variables on different incentive mechanism have any performance,according to the conclusion of the analysis put forward targeted suggestions.On the one hand,this paper fills in the blank of the research on the incentive mechanism of drug rehabilitation police in western provinces,on the other hand,it enlightens managers to pay attention to distinguish different demographic variables,implement different incentive measures according to different people,and avoid the incentive mode of flooding irrigation.The implementation of dynamic incentives,precise incentives,will have limited resources to use scientifically to ensure the greatest effect.
