| The development and evolution of terrorism promotes the international community to explore how to effectively deal with terrorism,transnational characteristics of terrorism determines that the capacity of single country is insufficient to eradicate the threat of terrorism,international cooperation is the only way which must be passed.This paper argues that the international anti-terrorism cooperation at global level is not conducive to focus on the terrorist threat in particular regions,facing the new trend and new characteristics of the development of terrorism,regional international anti-terrorism cooperation is the best way to deal with the international terrorism under current condition.The Shanghai cooperation organization was established in 2001,in the past more than 10 years,promoting regional international cooperation counter-terrorism has always been the most important cooperation area of the Shanghai cooperation organization.In this paper,through the analyze of development and structure of the anti-terrorism mechanism of Shanghai cooperation organization,the author will summarize the characteristics and advantages of the regional international antiterrorism cooperation mechanism,investigate the significance of this mechanism to other terrorist flood areas,analyze the challenges and prospects of its further development,and put forward policy recommendations. |
