The Study On Labor Rights Of Female Migrant Workers In The Process Of Urbanization

Respecting for labor and protection workers' rights are not only the important contents in the viewpoints of Marxist labor, but also the important exploration in the Communist Party of China practicing the viewpoints. As an important part of the working group, The female migrant workers are the main force of urbanization construction,their labor rights should be respected and protected.In recent years, the female migrant workers have been paid more attention for their labor rights protection, the existing researches are more based on the theory of western sociology or feminism, and more attention to general labor rights protection issues. however, the lack of the viewpoints of Marxist labor made it difficult to explain labor rights protection of female migrant workers, and moreover, less focus on special working conditions of female migrant workers made it difficult to truly reflect their damage protection.This article expounds the exploration and practice of the Communist Party of China enriching and developing the viewpoints of Marxist labor since the founding of new China,which takes the viewpoints of Marxist labor for guidance and is based on the classical writers' discussion about labor and labor rights. This paper argues that the Communist Party of China not only develops the viewpoints of Marxist labor in the socialist construction, but also has formed the Chinese characteristic socialism labor 'view especially in the women's labor rights protection.The process of urbanization bring the female farmers into the labor market, which changed the traditional female farmers labor patterns. Their labor rights protection is not only reflected in the field of individual or collective in the labor relationship, but also in the special labor protection, land rights and so on.In order to protect the labor rights of the female migrant workers, We should take the viewpoints of Marxist labor for guidance and strengthen the gender consciousness of labor protection. For one thing, we must improve the status of female migrant workers in the construction of Urbanization, respect for labor and protect the labor right,and promote the construction of gender harmonious labor relations;For another thing, we also explore the effective path of special labor rights protection of female migrant workers and improve the gender strategy for labor rights protection based on their labor characteristics.
