Social transformation is a procedure to pursue the ideal society;this procedure facilitates the social modernization and generates the modernity subjects.Modernity as the cultural phenomenon of modern development of humanity society,initiates the critique of the human spirit and culture,which generates modernity tension and becomes a common element of the nowadays society.Ideological and political education is a part of the society,and its modern transformation has become an inevitable encounter under the modernization condition.Inevitably,it needs to face and handle the challenges caused by the modernity tension for the ideological and political education.It is an important part of national governance,as established activities to consolidate change human consciousness and ideas,under the condition of the new social background,it urgently needs to adapt to the social environment,the demand and self development of the education object,positively seek the way out,perform reform and innovation to realize the transformation of the ideological and political education from tradition to modern.Strengthen the research on the transformation of the ideological and political education from tradition to modern,cognize the relationship between the ideological and political education and modern social transformation,and seek the development route of the ideological and political education under the modernity context,it not only is necessary for the self development of the subject of the ideological and political education,but also it has important theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the road self-confidence,theory self-confidence and system self-confidence of Chinese characteristic socialism and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This is a reality choice of the research of the ideological and political education.This study is based on the Central Universities Fundamental Research Incentive Funded Project "Research on the trend and realization route of the modern transformation of ideological and political education"(No.2013G6114073),with the title of' "Basic Logic of Ideological and Political Education Modern Transformation".With the guidance of dialectical materialism,historical materialism,Chinese characteristics socialism theory and theoretical innovative achievements since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,based on the detailed investigation of the achieved materials and analysis of problems existed in present ideological and political education,comprehensively using literature analysis method,history analysis method,interdisciplinary and other theories and methods,theory is related to practice,based on the way of systematic thinking,concentrating on the main line of "Why to transform?-How to transform?-Where to transform?-Mechanism guarantee?" to perform research.The achievements are shown as follows:1.Based on the collecting and investigation of the existing achievements,the meaning and dimension of the social transformation are analyzed,and the demands of the ideological and political education and the faced problems of the ideological and political education during the social transformation are studied.On these bases,from the view of "social practice,economic transition,social structure and culture transformation",the logical relationships of social transition and the modern transformation of the ideological and political education are analyzed.A key question on why the ideological and political education needs transition is answered theoretically.This establishes a basis for the further research.2.Based on the historical view of dialectical materialism,the evolution process,the driving force of the evolution and its characteristics of the ideological and political education at different historical period are analyzed and investigated.We point out that the nature of the modern transformation of the ideological and political education is to inherit and surpass the traditional ideological and political education.The development trend of the modern transformation of the ideological and political education is analyzed,and its basic direction is cleared.This provides the historical basis and method guidance for the modern transformation of the ideological and political education.3.The theoretical system of the modern transformation of the ideological and political education is studied from the theoretical level.It includes the meaning,value choice,aim direction,content construction and other problems of the modern transformation of the ideological and political education.The directivity of the modern transformation of the ideological and political education is cleared.The research achievements enrich and develop the theoretical system of the modern ideological and political education subject.This has important theoretical support and guidance significance.4.From the practical level,how to realize the modern transformation of the ideological and political education is investigated through the paradigm shift perspective.It is found that the old paradigm of the ideological and political education is difficult to deal with the problems occurred at the social transformation period under the new historical time.The realization routes of the modern transformation of the ideological and political education are discussed from the four aspects of "ideas,value setting,topic transformation and method innovation of the ideological and political education".The guarantee mechanism to realize the modern transformation of the ideological and political education is proposed.The paradigm shift is a certain choice to smoothly realize the modern transformation of the ideological and political education.5.The modern transformation of the ideological and political education is a complex system engineering.This dissertation summarizes the realization validity of the modern transformation of the ideological and political education,which not only summarizes and describes the effectiveness level of the modern transformation of the ideological and political education,but also points out the direction of the future development of the ideological and political education,where the people-oriented is the value pursuit,advocating science is the learning and understanding requirement,adapting to the time is the basic spirit,following practice is the inception standard,pursue the surpass is the necessary nature,these basic spirits,inherent nature determine the correct position and future development direction of the modern transformation of the ideological and political education.
