On Values Education And The Shaping Of Youth Mental Health Personality

Values are the understanding about the essence of value and the view system of evaluation standard, evaluation principles, evaluation methods on people and things, which play incentive, restriction and guidance role in man's practice. To a certain extent, the realization of the individual life value depends on the non intelligence factors, such as Individual psychological character. Personality is the sum of the individual psychological characteristics. It is consist of psychological cognitive ability, control ability, the ability to adapt to the specific ability, and determines the individual personality. Healthy personality is a positive and harmonious individual psychological state and is an important prerequisite for the realization of the youth life value.
