Virtual Social Management Problems And Countermeasures In Our Country

As a new social form, The rapid development of virtual society promote the process of human society integration in-depth and comprehensively, on the other hand, it also brings historic challenges to the virtual society management problem. At present, the virtual society management is still relying on the government’s passive and localized work situation, It is far from meaning to form a global strategic management, and it has been unable to adapt to multi-level public affairs and the advanced management needs of the virtual society. The problems of the virtual society is not only represented the phenomenon of disorder, but also has other deeper reasons. Therefore, the formation of a virtual society management system in line with the nature and development trends of virtual social has become a pressing historical topics.In this paper, by analyzing the differences of virtual society management and real society management, it demonstrate that China’s traditional social management has been unable to adapt to the reality of virtual social management needs. On this basis, I analysis the current management problems of virtual society and find out their causes. Finally, according to the nature and characteristics of virtual society, I propose the multi-center management system of the virtual society. By analysis its feasibility of the realization in our virtual society, then pointed out specific paths to the realization of multi-center management in China’s virtual society.Because of the special nature of the virtual society, government-led, market self-regulation and the third sector participate in the management of virtual society are indispensable and complementary. Therefore, the interaction and interdependent multi-center management mode presented in this study is the most important innovation. Secondly, the variance analysis to the virtual society and real social management is the innovation of this study too. The analysis in this study is also used the knowledge of game theory research methods, this is one innovation of this paper too. But the three management subjects’s specific measures and the division of the main respective responsibilities in this study is important and difficult. This paper aims to present my own views and opinions about virtual society management, and try to propose the multi-center management system to enrich the research of virtual society management.
