The New Social Stratum Theory Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics (1978-2017)

Since the China's reform and opening-up 40 years ago,with the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system,and profound transformation in the social class structure in our country,there was a new social stratum that concentratedly distributes in the new economy organizations and new social organization,represented by non-public economy personages and freelancers intellectuals.Their generation,development and growing greatly enriched the subject connotation of the people in the new period,which is the main characteristic Chinese social class structure changes in the period.Compared with other social strata,the age structure of the new social stratum is low and the educational structure is high.They occupy an important position in knowledge intensive fields such as high technology,education and scientific research,innovation and development,financial management and so on.Therefore,there is the most obvious correlation between the new social strata and the science and technology which as the first productive force,or we can say that the new social class has become the operation operator and promoter of the contemporary Chinese advanced productive forces.As a brandnew thing,situation and problem in the practice process in exploring the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics of the Communist Party of China,how to unite,encourage,and guide the of the new social stratum which is in endless changes and grow up to be an effective force of the development of the socialist modernization and the realistic basis and necessary requirement of the new social stratum theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new historical conditions,the new social stratum theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics combines class analysis with stratum analysis together from the aspect of methodology,contributing the traditional theory of Marxist class analysis to realizing the sinicization in development and innovation.Therefore,the new social stratum theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics has become an important part of the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics,has fully reflected the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.This paper mainly discusses the development of the new social stratumsince reform and opening-up by the method of combining the theory of Marxist class analysis and stratum analysis.The new social stratum has experienced a developed process from the recovery of legitimacy of the industrial and commercial self-employed and private owners in 80s of 20~thh century to the rise of non-public economy in all around and the rapid development of non-public economy group in90s,and to the new century,under the background of information globalization,forming the new social stratum subjected by the non-public economy personages and freelancers intellectuals equiped with techniques,knowledge and management.At the same time,the CPC central committee constantly continues to emancipate the mind and on the issues of social productive forces and production relations and innovates theories,on the basis offull respect of the reality of national conditions in the primary stage of socialism and full respect of the fundamental interests of the people,treats the formed new social stratum through the understanding process of the“admit-certain-encourage”,give them a new identity called“the builder of socialist cause”to make them form the patriotic united front in the new period with Socialist laborer and patriots who uphold socialism,uphold the reunification of the motherland and dedicated to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,form the people-centered concept and the new social stratum theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics aimed at“common prosperity”by fighting,uniting and guiding the new social stratum to intergate of all social classes and stratums in the new period.With the social history moving forward,the new social stratum will be more and more developed and strenthened and bring new vitality to the new social stratum theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics constantly.
