Under the background of knowledge economy and innovation era, with the continuous deepening of new curriculum reform, development of related technologies, and advent of learning environment along with the emergence of learning and teaching activities, constructing learning environment is the foundation to realize the reform of approaches to learning and teaching. Digital learning environment is the outcome of the development of information technology and its application in education field. "Three passes two platforms" is the core objective and iconic project of the 12th Five-Year Plan of the education information construction. In particular, "network learning space for everyone" positioning on the level of personalized learning services is the ultimate goal of the construction of "three passes" project, which is the future development direction of the deep application of educational information. As a new learning form within digital learning environment, individual learning space is the response to new requirements of digital learning during information age. Particularly, the individual learning space, that is learner centered, supports students'personalized learning, and cultivates students'higher order thinking, promotes the reforms of approaches to learning and teaching.The thesis studied the model constructed and the application of individual learning space. The thesis follows the idea of "research foundation-model construction-function design-building based on discipline-application and analysis." Firstly, the study combs the related research status of individual learning space and analyzes associated theories. Not only the value orientation of individual learning space has been studied, but also the requirements of individual learning space has been investigated and analyzed by the study. Based on this basis, Based on this thesis, constructed the model of individual learning space from the view of education, learning and technology. And according to the function module, made specific design, raised the construction process of junior high school mathematics individual learning space, and designed junior high school mathematics individual learning space, finally, analyzed the application effect of individual learning space.The research contents can be stated as follows.1. The research background has been analyzed through different perspectives. The research status has been combed and summarized. The main research problems, aims, significance, contents, methods, hypothesis, and idea have been proposed, which provides the basis for the following research.2. The core concepts of the research have been defined and differentiated. The associated theories have been combed and summarized. The important research points of the theories and the guiding significance to the study have been analyzed, which has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the following research.3. The value orientation of individual learning space has been studied. The theories of value and value orientation have been studied. Through three perspectives (i.e., perspective of education, perspective of learning, and perspective of technology), the value orientation of individual learning space has been analyzed. The perspective of education focuses on the cultivation of talents. By engaging the perspective, the autonomous, explorative, and cooperative teaching model has been analyzed. Through the perspective of learning, the design of individual learning space should be able to promote the development of students' advanced thinking. During the learning process, it should be able to develop students' learning interests. The arranged task activities should be able to stimulate students' learning motivations to provide the conditions for personalized learning. By engaging the perspective of technology, the learning experience of student has been paid attention, which enables student to be able to have a intelligently interactive learning environment. It can support the efficient knowledge management, promote the formation of learning community based on curriculum, and stimulate the application of various approaches to evaluating. This part of the study supplies the basis and objectives for the following design of individual learning space.4. The requirements of individual learning space have been investigated and analyzed. The questionnaires have been designed and composed. In the meantime, the reliability and validity of the questionnaires have been analyzed. The investigated data have been studied through six perspectives, including the overview of basic information, basic information literacy, status of personalized learning (teaching), status of application of learning space in the class and after class, and status of requirements of individual learning space. By doing so, the application status and function requirements of individual learning space have been analyzed, which provides the realistic basis for the following model construction of individual learning space.5. On the basis of theory, value orientation, value proposition and demand investigation, from the view of education, learning and technology, raised the construction STLT model of individual learning space. Based on the previous built theoretical model, the functional model of the individual learning space has been constructed, including objective level, function level, intervening level, and service level. In the meantime, the function modules have also been designed, containing individual learning portal, learning management, and learning evaluation. The technology and service facilitations have been studied in details. This part of the study supplies the design basis for the following construction of individual learning space of junior middle school mathematics.6. This thesis has Studied the individual learning space construction process of junior high school mathematics. And the ontology types of knowledge of Mathematics have been studied. The research also studies the requirements of the application of individual learning space in the Mathematics of junior middle school. As a result, an individual learning space based on Mathematics has been designed, including the concrete design of learning materials and learning tools according to different knowledge points, which provides the basis for the following application analysis.7. The application of the individual learning space based on junior middle school mathematics has been studied. The case has been designed and applied. The data has been gathered and the effect has been analyzed.The research indicates that individual learning space is able to support students' personalized learning, cultivate students' autonomous learning ability, provide personalized learning conditions and environment, and promote the development of students' higher order thinking ability. The application practice shows that individual learning space has higher availability and can be efficiently utilized in junior middle school mathematics to promote the reforms of approaches to learning and teaching.
