The development of rural basic education during the period of the republic of China, is the most part in the process of Chinese modern education the composition of the content, the research on the policy of rural basic education during the period of the republic of China, especially in rural basic education policy of the late Qing dynasty New China constitute the crucial importance, content. Based on the policy of rural basic education during the period of the republic of China environmental interpretation perspective, content, process inspection and value significance of holistic, systematic study and analysis, jointly constructed during the period of the republic of China based education policy system of the whole country, for the specific study, the basis of scientific discourse, and continue to study during the period of the republic of China education, rural basic education and rural basic education policy, extremely has the important academic value.The paper is integrated use of a variety of research methods, combined with education, policy and related theory, which is divided into six part (the introduction section), trying to from the environment, content, process and value for the research on the policy of rural basic education during the republic of china period.An introduction section is intended to the important academic value and significance on the policy of rural basic education during the republic of china period.The first chapter mainly discusses the formulation and enactment of the policy of rural basic education during the republic of china period, and a detailed perspective of Japan, the United States can be used for reference of rural basic education development and as a source of basic education policy development in the late Qing dynasty.The second chapter and the third chapter mainly enacted by the government of the republic of China and education departments directly or indirectly related to the development of the rural basic education policy documents as the breakthrough point, explains the rural education policy in the education administration system designated, for the compulsory education policy, education, management development, curriculum implementation specifications set policy, staff and students to school and the specific content of modified shall be awarded a total of six aspects.
