The professional education during Republic of China developed in the complex social environment, went cross about 40 years. A series of explorations and reforms that the professional education has experienced, accumulated rich experiences for us, exerted important referenced and edificatory effects to development of professional education, nowadays.Through combing the developmental course of the professional education during Republic of China, this research explored the causation of produced and developed, anatomized the features of professional education, posted the revelation to today's reformation and development. This research is composed of 4 parts:Part I: Produced causation of professional education during Republic of China. In 1911, the Revolution of 1911 succeed, founded bourgeois democratic Republic. The relative steady rule of politic provided well social environment to the development of economy. The need of development of the social economy and education itself,aboard propagandized and sustain by all circles of people,excitement of favorable impact in Euro-American, made up of the produced causation of professional education during Republic of China. Influenced by diversified factors, professional education during Republic of China emerged, as the times require.Part II: Development and evolution of professional education during Republic of China. Professional education experienced gestation and rise,burst forth and upswing,width and dreariness of educational thoughts, germination,elementary foundation,formal establishment,transformation and adjustment of professional education system. In this process, the representation is mutual relationship between professional education thoughts and system, impelled professional education advanced ceaselessly under this mutual pattern.Part III: Features elucidation of the professional education during Republic of China. It produced in a complex condition, formed its own features in the course of development, namely professional education was exotic education introduced from Western, tried to deal with the problem of relationship between general education and professional education, professional education presented serious imbalance, the form of run a professional school is take run by local people or private school as the main part, pay attention to socialization of professional education, the emphases turn to country, regard legislation of professional education.Part IV: Up-to-date enlightenment of the professional education during Republic of China. This part combined actuality of our country's professional education, indicated concisely existent problem, moreover from the reconsideration of professional education history, indicated that professional education in China should change conceptions, impelled the sustain development of it; picking the kernel, establishing sound theory system; making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration, accelerating the balanceable development; making great efforts to search, fending to form multi-mental structure of run school; overcoming disadvantages, exploring ways of professional education socialization;...
