Under the traditional colleges semester system, the students were following the unified teaching plan to take their classes according to their major and grade. And their duration in college is the same. The implementing of complete credit system gives the students the liberty to choose their curriculum, lecturers and duration. This Education Management System is a student-centered education pattern, which extremely respects individual differences without unified education management system. It triggered the profound changes of education. It's a tremendous impact to the traditional colleges semester system which base on the hierarchy of college, department, grade, class. It also influences the student affairs which is considered the counselor as the main force, the class as the main organizational structure, the classroom as the main positions, the centralized activities as the main form. It has the significant impact to the college students' education management.During the implementation process, the college students' education management is according to the Marxist theoretical system of ideological and political education theory. The traditional ideological and political education of college students is corresponded to the traditional semester management system. The implementing of complete credit system is a profound change to the university education especially to the concepts and models of student affairs. There have been many new situations and problems that can't be solved by the original ideological and political education theory. College students' education management in credit system has to be guided by the scientific ideological and political education theory. Under this circumstance, the ideological and political education theory of college students has to be improved in time and to be systematically studied. It has important practical significance to the college student affairs and the successful implementation of the credit system reform.This dissertation including six chapters beside the instruction as follows: Complete Credit System and Students' Educational Management has extensive content and a wide range of great value and significance. Credit System as a new teaching management system is based on credits as the unit of measurement of learning (to get the minimum credit standard to get a graduation and a degree) its elective system based on a teaching management system, different from the provision of learning age and unified compulsory course to measure the total amount of the academic year study. The so-called Complete Credit System is the students' independent choice of profession, courses and instructors, their own arrangements for learning plans, to decide duration of credits accumulated, as long as the total credits required for graduation are reached to get their graduate. Students under the Complete Credit System conditions Educational Management refers to the students' ideological and political education and daily management, the management of such education is an important part of the work of colleges and universities, it is an important guarantee to maintain the normal school teaching order, promote the healthy growth of students. The importance of Students' Educational Management under Complete Credit System is including the following four aspects. First, help to ensure the smooth implementation of the reform of the credit system; Second, it helps to further improve the quality of personnel training; Third, it helps to enhance the scientific and effective management of student education; Fourth, it helps to improve the quality and level of student education management team.The theoretical resources of the research of Student Educational Management under the Credit System are extremely rich which are including four aspects. First, the basic theory of Marxism as the theoretical foundation, it includes Marxist philosophy, in particular, the theory of free and full development of human. Second, western management theory as an important resource, it includes the flexible management theory, fine management theory and people management theory. Third, western pedagogy theory as another important resource it includes progress theory, elements theory, existentialism and the new theory of moral genre. Fourth, the traditional China culture as the important theoretical foundation. Those four perspective are the most important theory foundation of this research. Since the reform and opening, Students' Educational Management inCredit System has experienced a process of historical development. At each stage, there are not exactly the same approaches, showing different characteristics. In summary, there are three stages. First, the stage of Credit System. The prominent feature of this stage is that Credit System is still inherited the programmatic of academic year credit system, emphasizing uniform (except for a few elective courses dispersible), and it's not much difference from the original school students in educational management mode. Second, the infancy of Complete Credit System Reform. The prominent feature of this phase is to implement a complete credit system reform, the system of student work in the past year of institutions formed under tremendous influence and impact, college education management faced enormous difficulties, which is a passive adaptation, exploration and countermeasure stage. The third stage is reform and development Complete Credit System. The prominent feature of this phase is to face the challenges of the credit based system, college education management has found a lot of response measures, and gradually establish a credit system reform and fully compatible system of student work.Complete Credit System poses serious challenges and good opportunities to Students' Educational Management. The challenge is mainly manifested in the student's education management philosophy, system model, manage content, means methodological approach, team quality and level. First, their main performances opportunities help establish student-centered educational management new ideas. Second, it is conducive to students' individual development and training. Third, it helps improve their overall quality and creativity. Fourth, it's conducive to a comprehensive development and culture of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of students; Fifth, teachers and students of University staff put forward higher requirements. We have to manage the credit system to the students' education and management, we must take the initiative to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities.Some foreign countries have many successful practices and experiences in full credit background of the management of student education. America's main approach is to diversify student affairs and management mode. Student affairs administration has legal, humane and professional characteristics, the main raw experience of the United States is to establish this concept and service-oriented awareness, improved methods and means of student work, innovative student work management mechanism, improve the professional level of the team. UK's main approach is to establish the organizational structure of Student Service Center as a representative of the management of students, focusing on career guidance work content, service life and economic assistance, mainly British experience is to achieve full integration of educational resources and educating people, stressed the professional and regulatory services, with rules and regulations to protect the orderly operation of the Student Affairs Administration. Germany's main practices and experiences is to play religious education, counseling and online media in political education, promote student self-management, transaction management and service system to pursue highly social. These practices and experiences of these countries help for the development of our country in this respect provide important inspiration and reference.The countermeasure of Students' Educational Management in Complete Credit System needs to performance in many ways. Seize the focus to the fundamental task of human talent cultivation, strengthen team construction of student work efforts to improve ideological and political work ways, according to the Full Credit System Reform of actual student work to deepen actively build credit needs for complete Student Management System. This chapter is essential to the dissertation including how to strengthen the effectiveness of student education, the validity of student management, the innovation of student services, the scientific of teaching administration and counsellor professionalism. Those countermeasures provide experience and innovation for the universities which are already finish the Complete Credit System Reform or above to perform the Complete Credit System Reform.
