The Study On Connotative Development Of Campus Football In China

Throughout the history, the Chinese nation has been emerged stronger from adversities and stepped on national rejuvenation after the baptism of history. The development of Chinese football career has the prospect but still weak as a whole. The development of national education is increasing but the physical fitness of students is worrisome which becomes the barrier of renaissance. Supported by the nation, the football activity in campus is rising gradually but its development is still problematic. Only learnt from the history, thought by the reality, understood the principal of foreign land, a sustainable path can be chosen to undertake the national mission.Through the methods of document literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, historical analysis, this article explored the historical changes and cultural realities of football in campus to propose the scientific countermeasures and measures.The main conclusions are as follows:1) "Campus Football" has experienced the period of exploration (1949-1977), reform and open (1978-2000), strengthening (2001-2012), deepen reform (2013-). The main achievements are the firm popularity of spirit among students, constant improvement of system equipment,4 times of public policy-driven, the starting of competition system and physical education, the practicing of the teacher training and the amendment of power center. But the development is still confused.2) The main issues of football in campus:the idea backward resulted from the evolution of the concept of campus football and the limitation of instrumental rationality and the practice of each subject, and the weak ideology resulted from weak theory due to the lake of developed theory and quality; the system ossification resulted from practical contradiction strength of management system of campus football, non-equilibrium resulted from the separation between teaching and physical, the limitation of resource allocation of campus football under the segmentation of trap and block, the realistic dilemma under the system arrangement resulted from the motivation incompatibility of campus football stakeholder under benefit solidify; extensive method and method exogenous can result in the exogenous dependent of the development way of campus football; the imbalance performance of campus football expresses in the non-equilibrium structure of social role and space layout and construction vacancy of time series.3) Countermeasures of connotative development of football culture in campus:insist to the people-oriented value rationality, cognitive correction and improve the academic community to realize the renewal of ideas; through the substantialization, specialization and link of management organization and reform thought of super-ministry systems, as well as the integration of the combination between planning and market, improve the system by resolving vested interest to make the participation and incentive compatibility restrain; changing way from intensive and endogeny to guiding to achieve the unification of efficiency and effectiveness, method autonomous and self-action; achieving structure optimization and equilibrium under the guiding of right relief, regional coordination and activity organization forms.
