Mimetic learning may very well be the basis for not only how we learn,but also how we reflect the externally real world consciously or unconsciously and selectively represent the intentions and desires of others in human life.Despite recent researches have attested to its essential role,mimetic learning stills remains largely misunderstanding and controversy within many fields,meanwhile however pedagogic research on it is relatively scattered and weak,there are also a lot of misunderstanding and controversy accordingly.In this research,from a perspective of action orientation,this thesis has fully described and explained mimetic learning activities of pupils in elementary school life.It is an attempt to analyze primary impetus to affect mimetic learning of pupils and then explore the basic structuration of mimetic action of pupils in educational activity.Furthermore,the thesis has put forward strategy logic how to shape and improve mimetic learning ability of pupils.In view of the pupils as agents of mimetic learning,through literature research and field research,the thesis deals with the fundamental issue to describe and explain how to achieve the potentional connection between pupils' mimetic ability and innovative mimetics in educational activity.The main framework of the thesis is as follows:First of all,this dissertation describes the formation of the question awareness in the introduction part and research methodology in chapter 1.The research question is derived form three dimension including the trend of adapting original lyrics,misunderstanding of the concept of mimetic learning and strong desire to imitation for pipils.then goes into the literature review about main topics and research paradigm and domestic research situation of mimetic learning,in order to ascertain further the research value from the reason of selecting the question.and then analyses and defines the concept of imitation and imitation learning,as well as to related concepts,presents the intrinsic interrelation between mimetic learning and education,discusses the relevance of this study from the perspective of action orientation and the legitimacy of selecting specific research methods.Secondly,the content dimension and the incentive dimension to mimetic learning for pupils in chapters 2 to 4 are descriptive and interpretive rather than prescriptive.Using the research materials collected by participant observation and interview method,which can be divided into two types of examples and role models,and then expounds specific content and forms and structural process of mimetic learning from reading aloud by imitation,copying of Chinese characters,imitative writing by sentence,paragraph and composition,replicating through exercises as well as imitating the spirit of role models.At the meantime,chapter three also analyzes the degree of recognition and mimetic effect of mimetic learning by role models,with the data which is obtained by the questionnaire investigation.After that,a further number of impetus factors of mimetic learning for pupils are concluded and elaborated from which constitute cultural context,demonstrators,content and transmissive way of demonstrations,motive force of mimetic learning for pupils themselves,mimetic desire of physical interaction and the like.These aspects can influence mainly incentive dimensions of mimetic learning.Thirdly,the action structure of mimetic learning of pupils in educational activity is revealed in chapter 5.The part has been generalized a basic mimetic learning structure from combining connective and acquisitive process of learning with the content dimension and the incentive dimension of mimetic learning,and discussed interrelationships among the elements in mimetic action.On the whole,the structure of mimetic action includes these main stages such as mimetic instinct,receiving express and hint from demonstrator,autonomously mimetic choice of pupils,activating the will and motivation of mimetic learning,overcoming weak mimetic action,and linkage development among these different stages.Finally,the dissertation focuses on strategy logic how to improve mimetic learning ability of pupils as well as shows connection between mimetic learning and innovative mimetics in educational activity.Mimetic learning of pupils as competence development is based on mimetic instinct of the humans,overcoming obstacles in mimetic action,efforts to innovaton in the process of mimetics and identification,cultivating growing mimetic ability,and realizing potentially innovative mimetic learning.Thus,the ideal vision of mimetic learning in schooling is to cultivate a heart and mind for wanting to imitate and the ability to mimetic action.Mimetic learning research of pupils in action-oriented mode plays an important role in deeply understanding the origin of education and learning,benefitting from the growth and development of pupils' life,appearing contents and ways of human cultural transmission,and highlight the presence of pupils rather than absent in mimetic action.Although other animals or machines can learn by imitation,but does not educate each other.Education is assumed to become the fundamental difference between the human and other animals or machines in mimetic learning.but we must guard against that mimetic learning will be abused,misused and ossified into rigid dogma by pupils oneself.The educators need to grasp the process of mimetic learning activities by the right educational action,they aim to arouse a heart and mind for wanting to mimetic learning,to make steady progress in growing up and lay the foundation for the formation of pupils' creativity.
