Research On Eucation Of College Students' Career View In Our Country At Present

The current college students "difficult employment" phenomenon is more widespread,the cause of the difficult employment of college students is in many aspects,such as economic downturn led to the lack of jobs,the talent market mechanism is not perfect,the social norms of the public employment service system is not perfect,the enterprise employment system is not reasonable,the quality of graduates,college enrollment leads to decreased employment structural contradictions prominent.However,the problems existing in the view of choosing jobs among college students are the subjective reasons that lead to the problem of "difficult employment" for college students.In many cases,they cannot find jobs,but there are problems in their views on employment.The current number of liberal arts students to squeeze in bridge thousands upon thousands of horses and soldiers to apply for civil service reflects the influence of "official" ingrained view of employment,lack of diversification of limited college students employment channels and entrepreneurial awareness and innovation spirit."Employment" is the people's livelihood,is also the national development and the promotion of College Students' full employment,must take effective measures to educate and guide students,to establish their own development,in line with national policy requirements and employment needs of the social development view.Although there are a large number of research achievements on the education of College Students' career choice at present,the existing research results need to be improved in the aspects of systematicness,hierarchy,orderliness and theory.One of the more prominent problem is that in the current employment outlook of college students lack of standard or consistency of educational research,scholars in the study often it is difficult to study each acts in his own way,the results are reasonable comparison.In view of this,this paper draws on the ideological and political education theory,combining the particularity of education career,constructs the concept of career education "-subject object method-environment analysis model,the five elements from the target,subject and object,method and environment of education for Chinese College students.According to the different stages of economic development,can be divided into three stages after the founding of the education career,respectively for the planned economy period,the transition period and market economy period,the concept of career education,on the basis of object,subject and object,method and environment of the five elements of the three period of the concept of career education is summarized.The current our country university students the status quo of the development of education,through the development goal of education,establish the education subject,education object,explore education methods and improve the educational environment and other aspects of the work,made some obvious results,education is more reasonable,the subject of education gradually diversified,the education object of positive change,education methods become rich to optimize the educational environment.At present,in our country,the achievement of choosing job view is certainly worth affirming,and the existing problems are worth paying more attention to.From the party and state policies can see career education in the five elements of target,subject and object,method,environment and so on should be,ought to be compared with the above requirements,the current concept of career education are in the distance and environmental objectives,subject and object,the method,which is currently in China the concept of career education and the existing problems.In order to improve the view of career choice in our country,we must find out the cause of the problem so as to "suit the remedy to the situation".This article holds that the main causes of the current problems in our view of job selection are the following five aspects.First,the concept of career education goal level,lack of long-term and comprehensive;second,the concept of career education is not enough to play the role of each subject;third,the concept of career education object problems;fourth,the concept of career education methods lack pertinence,age and comprehensive;fifth,choose the industry view education has negative impact on environment.In view of the above reasons,in order to improve our college students' career outlook education,we need to start with the five factors: objective,subject,object,method and environment.First,set up the scientific target of choosing profession view.This paper deconstructs the target according to the three criteria,such as the level of hierarchy,the time span and the content dimension.According to the level,the target can be divided into individual goals and social goals;according to the time span,the target can be divided into long term goals,medium-term goals and short-term objectives;according to the dimension of content,the target can be divided into Ideological and political education goal,the goal of education,moral education and psychological education goal.Second,establish the social subject of career view education.According to the basic principle of socialization of Ideological and political education,career education ought to be subject to the interpretation,is to start from the analysis of the social subject,the subject,the main dimensions of family,and the function of each subject.Third,make clear the object requirement of
