There are fewer and fewer opportunities to cultivate people through physical experience in the context of modern education and physical education.Chinese education and Chinese sports education is also increasingly lost Chinese characteristics,too.In this case,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to organize and explore the whole person education experience of the traditional wushu.Based on these,the author takes the method of literature,experience and expert interview,unify the traditional history learning experience and contemporary Wushu learners experience to support the real teaching experience for excavating the education experience of wushu,all of what that dong is in order to serve the school Wushu teaching.Conclusions are as follows: In the context of “inside and outside,the body and mind,and ourselves and others”,Wushu cultural heritage based on the movement technique.the first,it was founded on the external appearance and the internal strength learning,and made image management through peers relationship and competitor's relationship,It finally ended in achieving self-control emotions and promoted the spirit cultivation.The experience of Wushu education has accomplished the self-identity and development of human being.First,The physical body of Wushu is the orderly transformation of the body under the internal and external discourse of the appearance and inner strength.The essence of physical education of Wushu is the cognition of the structure and function of Wushu action.The physical education of Wushu is a way of unity the inter and extern to form the self-organization of the posture.In the process of appearance and internal strength learning,with the waist coherence on the limbs and the seven parts of the body as body structure,Through a standardized,sensitive,skilled path,and ultimately realize the appearance unity from parts,and through perception of unify of body,coping for changing,the unify of appearance and spirit,finally realize the static force,dynamic force,stress force.Different Quanzhong forms the structure of the appearance and function of body strength make different perception: Xingyiquan is "long" lever and just fierce strength,Taijiquan is a "folded" lever and sensitive force,baguazhang is "spring" lever and clever strength.In the process of teaching of body structure,there are three teaching methods,they are the six body specification,the balance of the actual situation andinner self map.In the process of teaching of body function,there are three teaching methods,they are concentrate on so as to eliminate all The weak and overcame the strong.Bagua likes sadless and happy so clever to overcome strong.The teaching methodsof brave emotions include enhanced respiration,neat to mobilize the body,the body and the cultivation of local leading brave spirits.The teaching methodsof cautious emotions include emotional restraint,respecting by the static method,the direction adaptionetc.These brave and cautious emotions cognition based on emotionimagination but not situational interests.They develop fears encountered and carefully,and the ability of
