Positive psychology is a newly emerging in recent years,has the development potential of the research field,it is each stage made certain contribution to the development of education,but also for the reform of the sports teaching provides a new research perspective and inspiration.Combine positive psychology and middle school students daily physical education curriculum,we will focus on training students' positive psychology in daily learning life quality,which will play an important role for students' physical and mental health growth,it is also a national macroscopic education policies to support and encourage research direction.Based on the full understanding of positive psychology and middle school students' courage trait research status at home and abroad on the basis of,Scale tests,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,case study,teaching experiment and the multi-dimensional research method,combining my teaching experience and teaching practice,to be the object of study of positive psychology and courage trait made in-depth study and profound interpretation related issues.Through the teaching experiment confirmed that the sports games can cultivate students' courage,is also a effective means of training students' positive qualities.Especially the psychological health education of primary and secondary schools in practice guidelines,the core content and the curriculum reform,promoting students' all-round development of body and mind has an important influence.Sample selection in Inner Mongolia erlianhot city class(1,2)at the beginning of the second middle school,the second day(first and second class)as experimental object,a total of 192 copies,recycling,192,recovery rate was 100%,effective questionnaire 188,effective rate was 97.91%,the experiment research.And by use of Excel and SPSS20.0 for statistical data.Courage class sports game for students bychoosing teaching experiment and theoretical logic analysis,this research conclusions are as follows:1.After the teaching experiment,the courage of the students in the experimental class has undergone significant changes.2.After the teaching experiment,the true dimension of the experimental object did not change significantly.The true dimension of the real dimension of the experimental class has improved on the mean,and after the sample T test,there is no significant change.3.After the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental class had significant differences in the enthusiasm dimension.4 There is a significant change in the dimensionless and perseverance dimension of the students in the experimental class.The teaching experiment has achieved good experimental results in the dimensionless and perseverance dimension.
