Through literature review found that preschool teachers in China during the process of physical education is physical education ability level is not high, thought enough and other outstanding issues, and the teachers'physical ability training is closely related to. To cultivate the ability of physical education teachers and enhance the concept of children is a long and complicated system engineering, but at present, China's preschool teachers of physical education to cultivate the ability of theoretical research and practical exploration is still in its infancy, whether pre training or job training have different levels of different level, this problem but the ability to cause physical education teachers or children may not be the root cause is the development of the choice of "ability of physical education teachers of children training research" as the topic, define the connotation of teachers' ability of physical education and the construction of children's ability structure system has profound theoretical significance, also for China's current ability of physical education teachers pre-service early childhood and outstanding problems of in-service training in training of scientific and objective combing, in-depth analysis of the cultivation of inner causes of the problem, to provide empirical reference for the construction of China's Preschool Teachers Physical Education Ability Training and development mode.This paper uses the method of literature and logical analysis method, after a large number of literature review and comparative analysis, the concept of physical education for teachers'ability of children's theory of hypothesis verification and effective means of classroom observation, connotation of preschool teacher physical education ability,constructing the preschool teachers' physical education ability structure system, namely "preschool teachers physical education ability" is refers to the individual psychological characteristics of children with physical education activities and influences the efficiency of preschool physical education activities.Preschool teachers'physical education ability is composed of general educational ability, special educational ability and application ability.General education ability is the basis of individual education activities, including "language expression ability" and "thinking innovation ability ".Special education is the individual ability realization education guarantee, which contains the ability of toys and teaching aids by self, creating games "and" good business ability ".Applied education ability is the key to complete the education activities, including "indoor sports activities", "keen insight in outdoor sports" and "the leadership of children's hiking activities".On the basis of the concept of physical education ability of preschool teachers, the principle of the integration of teacher education, the training of preschool teachers' physical education ability is divided into pre-service training and in-service training,using the method of questionnaire survey and individual and collective interview, mathematical statistics, the empirical investigation and analysis.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction on China's Shanxi, Hebei, Anhui, Shanghai, Gansu, Guangdong 6 provinces and 14 cities,1210 samples for the investigation of teachers' ability of physical education in early childhood education 2-5 years before the training satisfaction.The results show that, (1) training service leadership skills and safety awareness, children hiking indoor sports activities of the organization ability of the proportion of larger, but the preschool teachers on the low level, such as the training of indoor sports activities of the organization emphasizes the combination of theory and practice, and the teaching method is appropriate.The cultivation of keen insight into the outdoor sports activities takes practice, but the theory teaching is weak.Lack of theoretical guidance and systematic deficiency in the cultivation of children's ability of leadership and safety awareness. This is the future of professional colleges and universities need to focus on improving the project". (2) Language expression ability, innovation ability has a great influence on the subjects and this also has higher satisfaction on preschool teachers' satisfaction is an advantage, the ability of physical education teachers cultivation of preschool professional colleges at present however, preschool physical education teachers will be trained in the expression of language teaching theory and practice combined closely enough, innovative thinking ability in the cultivation of the teaching method, curriculum evaluation is insufficient. (3) The ability of toys and teaching aids by self,the ability of creating games training in the curriculum is reasonable, but the teaching method and the evaluation form is single.Good business ability training in teaching methods need to be further optimized.This study argues that,the problems of preschool teachers' vocational education ability development is closely related to the training programs and measures of training institutions. After sorting out the 15 typical institutions of preschool education professional talent training mode and 4 pre-school physical education professional talent training mode. (1) There are different degrees of deviation in the understanding of the target and standard of talent training. (2) Curriculum design and content selection is not reasonable. (3) The course content is not based on the social and professional needs. (4) Lack of professional full-time teachers. (5) Colleges and universities lay particular stress on professional skills training, ignoring the cultivation of educational skills. (6) The construction of preschool education major is lagged, and the theory of physical education is weak.In combination with the experience of the pre service training of preschool teachers in Britain, the experience of the pre service training of preschool teachers in the United Kingdom has been:On the one hand, the British "in preschool teachers'education training program" in the content of the relevant details, including the "core curriculum", "professional" and "study", "kindergarten research experience" four parts,learning and understanding the theory of physical education through the module curriculum.On the other hand, a large number of training courses in physical education, to promote students' ability of physical education by means of cooperative learning, to cultivate the ability of physical education through the "professional research" module.Based on this, this paper puts forward the strategy of the development of preschool teachers'vocational education in our country. (1) In order to reflect preschool education professional practice and skills of students will be required to form the physical education ability into each time point of the students, it is necessary to implement situational practice curriculum infiltration, ability training activities, training courses in real time, the entry of integrated education. (2) Construction of high professional teacher education teachers. (3) Support the teaching resources construction of the vocational ability oriented curriculum system. (4) Construction of training base for the implementation of the technical system as the main line. (5) Construction process and diversified evaluation system.From the point of view of teachers' professional development, the training of preschool teachers has the characteristics of continuity, stage and development.This article also pays attention to the development of preschool teachers' physical education ability, and makes a thorough and comprehensive investigation.In order to further understand the complete at present in our country after the entry of preschool teachers of physical education training in 1797 preschool teachers in private and public property 140 city of China's Shanxi, Hebei, Anhui, Shanghai, Gansu, Guangdong 6 provinces involving 14 cities and rural areas of the teachers of physical education ability the level of self assessment, teaching situation, vocational education training in physical ability and other aspects of the questionnaire.The results show that, (1) Self evaluation of the development of preschool teachers' physical education ability is generally not high.Most teachers believe that they have a good language expression ability, but the thinking innovation ability to be further improved.Most of the teachers ", the ability of toys and teaching aids by self,creating games" is able to meet the basic requirements, "good business ability" has become an important factor restricting the ability of teachers of physical education of children's development."Indoor sports activities organization ability", "keen insight in outdoor sports activities," the lack of flexibility in use, "the leadership of children hiking activities" is weak. (2) Teachers teaching and research level needs to be improved.The common problem is a reflection of the skills competition outstanding, and in the "publication" and "scientific research" scientific research ability and the lack of literacy has seriously hindered the development of preschool teachers'physical education ability (3) Teachers have a certain awareness of the development of Physical Education. (4) The participation of teachers'vocational education ability training is not so good. (5) Training teachers, training content, training forms and so on reflect the actual situation of the quality of the teacher training, the quality of teachers training needs to be improved. (6) The demand for teacher training is very strong, which aims to improve and develop the ability of physical education. (7) The need to enrich the content of the post job training of teachers.In this paper, combined with the relative part of the kindergarten leaders and teachers interview investigation and research, based on the results of the survey logic analysis of the effect of training and training problems. Specific performance as:(1) The external environment and objective conditions for the development of the physical education ability of preschool teachers are not fully equipped.
