| Excellent education depends on excellent teachers.At the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to promote comprehensive reform of teachers’ education and cultivate good teachers who satisfy the Party and the people.For preschool education,it is necessary to cultivate excellent preschool teachers in order to make the satisfied preschool education for people.The training approach for outstanding preschool teachers mainly includes two parts,namely,pre-service training and in-service training for teachers,of which the in-service training for preschool teachers is the core content of this paper.This study selected H Kindergarten in Haikou City,Hainan Province as the object,and conducted a comprehensive survey of 33 kindergarten teachers in the small,middle,and large classes of the kindergarten using literature,observation,and survey methods(questionnaire and interview surveys).The purpose is to reveal the existing problems and characteristics in the development process through the current situation of the kindergarten teachers’ in-service training,analyze the causes,and ultimately provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of the kindergarten teachers’ in-service training.The paper is divided into five parts,as follows:The first part is an introduction,which mainly includes the reason for choosing the topic,research issues,research purpose and significance,theoretical basis,literature review,core concept definition,and research design.The second part is the analysis of the survey results of the in-service training of H kindergarten teachers in Haikou City,Hainan Province.Through questionnaires and interviews,the author investigated and analyzed the basic situation of preschool teachers in the kindergarten,the current situation of preschool teachers’ in-service training,the needs of preschool teachers’ in-service training,and the satisfaction degree of preschool teachers’ in-service training.The third part is based on the survey content to present the current problems and advantages of kindergarten teachers’ in-service training.The problems in the preschool teachers’ in-service training include: uneven opportunities for teacher’participation,unreasonable training schedule settings,lack of appropriateness of training content,lack of practicality in the training process,and lack of fairness in getting the training quotas.The characteristics and advantages of the kindergarten’s in-service training include: professional training that emphasizes the externalization of teaching effects,all teachers attend safety protection training of golf and equestrian,and high-quality employee welfare training.The fourth part is to analyze and explore the reasons behind the problems and advantages in the kindergarten’s preschool teachers’ in-service training.The root causes of the problems in the kindergarten’s preschool teachers’ in-service training lie in the imperfect after-service training system in the kindergarten,the differences in the theoretical and practical abilities of trainers,the lack of attention paid to the actual needs of preschool teachers for training,and the lack of channels to participate in training feedback.The reason behind its distinctive advantages is that the kindergarten pursues teaching services that are satisfactory to parents,kindergarten pursues natural education and teaching,as well as cooperation between different industries that generate unexpected group building value.The fifth part is the suggestion part of the investigation and research.Based on the information obtained from the in-depth investigation of the current kindergarten teacher in-service training,in the process of exploring and analyzing the causes of the problems and advantages,the author puts forward the following suggestions based on the actual situation of the kindergarten: strengthen the construction of the kindergarten internal teacher training system;pay attention to the differences of kindergarten teachers;reasonably selection within the in-service training;respect and strengthen the discourse power of kindergarten teachers in the in-service training;take advantage of the informal teacher groups to organize and manage the in-service training and maintain the advantages and experiences in the current kindergarten in-service training. |
