Sports industry in our country has a very huge space for development,is to protect people's well-being of the sunrise industry.October 2014 State Council issued the document No.46,proposed to basically establish a reasonable layout,functional and complete sports industry system in 2025,the total size of the industry more than 5trillion yuan target.Sports industry is expected to become one of the new economic engine to achieve the transformation and development.In this rapid development trend,the need for rational analysis and judgment,regional sports industry growth potential source? What are the potential drivers? How to obtain sustainable development ability? How to transform the potential advantage of sports industry into competitive advantage has attracted much attention in the field of regional sports industry.Potential of the sports industry is a potential ability,is the industry resources in a variety of factors and factors under the action of a no exposed potential accumulation potential,accumulation stage of future development and competitiveness.The objective and reasonable measurement and analysis of the potential of sports industry can make policy makers more clearly understand the direction of the development of sports industry,so as to develop a more effective policy.The choice of Liaoning as the object of empirical study is based on the thinking of "new northeast phenomenon".In 2014,Liaoning in Northeast China as to answer "where Liaoning goes",and the development of sports industry naturally should answer "Liaoning sports industry should develop"such proposition.The premise of practical difficulties make positive response in the sports industry,the growth is on the development of sports industry in Liaoning province to carry out accurate judgments,then,scientific assessment of the future development potential is very necessary.The empirical analysis of regional sports industry potential should be based on scientific and reasonable analysis model,otherwise the robustness,objectivity and practicability of the analysis results will be affected.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific regional sports industry potential analysis model and evaluation index system is the core work of this study.This paper adopts the method of literature analysis,expert survey method,mathematical statistics method and case analysis method to research: first,this paper adopts the literature analysis method combined with theoretical analysis to establish the evaluation index system of sports industry potential,and then the index system are carried out by the expert investigation,finally obtained the index system including 4level indicators,the number of the last level index reached 34.Secondly,by collecting the statistical yearbook,statistical bulletin and the main data bulletin of the third economic census of Liaoning Province,we collected the index data of the potential of the sports industry in the cities of Liaoning Province in 14 cities.Finally,using factor analysis method to evaluate the sports industry of 14 cities in Liaoning province.The research conclusions are as follows:First,14 city of Liaoning Province,this paper uses factor analysis method of the sports industry in the empirical analysis,the results show that in each layer of the index and comprehensive index,Shenyang and Dalian are the basic potential of the sports industry in the 14 city of Liaoning province two.Whether Dalian sports industry supply potential or sports industry supply expansion potential are greater than Shenyang,but in the sports industry supply potential comprehensive evaluation found that Shenyang is better than Dalian.The comprehensive potential of two sports industry are greater than the potential demand and the integration of sports industry supply potential,potential,evaluation the potential of the sports industry is an organic and complicated system,the overall potential can not simply equal to the sum of the potential of each subsystem.Shenyang and Dalian sports industry development foundation is good,making the potential of each subsystem can be organically combined with a "1+1>2" effect.Second,the economic development level of Fuxin city in Liaoning province isthe worst,it in the empirical analysis,the evaluation of potential sports industry supply potential and supply in Liaoning province has scored third;conclude that as a traditional mining resource exhausted city,Fuxin,by beginning to build sports basketball city etc.in the development process of transformation initiatives.Dandong City,although the economy is not very developed,but the scenery beautiful,rich tourism resources,has great development potential in the aspect of sightseeing agriculture,outdoor leisure and tourism,the sports tourism integration potential evaluation ranked third in Liaoning,it also shows that Dandong sports tourism has become the development of sports industry of the city's potential force.Liaoyang sports industry potential of the various subsystems of the potential are organically combined,the maximum potential and comprehensive potential of the system basically flat;overall potential of other city maximum ratio subsystem potential value to small,some city sports industry comprehensive potential only more than one subsystem of the potential.Third,the distribution of three,distribution of comprehensive potential of Liaoning Province 14 city sports industry and the potential demand is similar,but with the potential of the sports industry supply and fusion potential distribution out of the relatively
