With the rapid development of cloud computing,internet of things and mobile internet technology,we entered the data age from the information age.As the core technology of the data age,"big data" provided powerful data support for the development of various fields.Sharing the big data bonus is the rights entrusted to us by the era.Education industry also requires big data to provide data support so as to boost efficient development of education informatization.As a new learning method based on education informatization,knowledge fusion and collaborative innovation,smart learning is the education concept and learning mode gradually formed in the developing process of education informationization.It is of great significance for the generation of learners' wisdom and the ascension of their core accomplishment.For the natural connection with education informatization,it is more likely to become a research entry point of the education information technology and basic education's integration.Junior middle school mathematics,as a basic subject on the basic education stage,is the basis of learning other subjects.How to build smart learning system,to collect,analyze,and make use of the education big data,to service for junior middle school mathematics smart learning and teaching,and to effectively promote junior middle school students' mathematics accomplishment,is a problem worthy of further research.The current research on learning system particularly focus on higher education,with less attention paid to basic education.The study on specific subjects is even less.It is mainly because of the strong planning of basic education teaching and the strong collectivity of students' learning.These cause that more extra factors need to consider in the construction and application of the learning system.For example,because of their learning characteristics,students at basic education stage can't completely leave classroom teaching,can't completely depend on online autonomous learning,so learning system are required to establish effective cohesive mechanisms between online and offline learning;the cultivation of subject accomplishment is called more and more attention,but the lack of smart learning resources and tools that can support students' core accomplishment promotion,leads to the limitation of students' learning;teachers' learning guidance is the irreplaceable insurance to students' learning efficiency,so learning system need to provide services to teacher's learning guidance.Based on the above background,this paper puts forward “the junior middle school mathematics smart learning system model based on big data ”,constructs the system model from the perspective of learning system ecosphere,strives to make effective cohesion between online and offline learning,builds a smart learning system integrating “guidance and learning” together,makes use of the education big data and learning analysis technology to provide service and technical support for students' learning and teachers' guidance.The specific research work are as follows:(1)The construction of junior middle school mathematics knowledge model and the design of smart learning resources and tools: through analyzing mathematical core accomplishment and knowledge characteristics of junior middle school,built the junior middle school mathematics knowledge model,which provided a domain model basis for the operation of the smart learning system;studied the integration points of junior middle school mathematics and information technology,analyzed the smart learning modes and their demands for learning resources and tools,forming the learning resources framework,and designed and developed junior middle school mathematics learning tools,effectively solved the problem of lack ofstudents' smart learning resource and tools;(2)The construction of junior middle school mathematics learners' feature model: based on the analysis of learners' model connotation and standard of modeling,as well as the influencing factors of junior middle school students' mathematics learning,junior middle school mathematics learners model was established,and the model building method and the initialization and update mechanism are expounded,put the level of junior high school mathematics ability,learners' operation technical level and physiological characteristics into the learners' model,enriched the attributes of the learner model;(3)The diagnosis of junior middle school mathematics learners' knowledge level: based on the theory of project reflect,this research took adaptive tests on learners' knowledge acquisition,realized the parameter estimation and question selection by Markov chain Monte Carlo(MCMC)algorithm and hierarchical partitioning algorithm,established a complete process of adaptive test;(4)The recommendation of smart learning path: according to the individual learning situation of junior middle school students,this research analyzed the recommended strategy of the smart learning path,further discussed how to select intelligent algorithm to achieve recommended strategy;finally,based on improved ant colony algorithm,explored,analyzed and optimized the related parameter of the algorithm,and presented a complete description of the algorithm,extended the application of ant colony algorithm,achieve the recommendation of smart learning path based on learners' model and domain knowledge model;(5)The information support to teachers' learning guidance: based on the big data of learning process and result,multidimensional precise analysis of students' learning information was provided for teachers as the basis for effective development of learning guidance;(6)The effectiveness evaluation of learning resources and tools: this research put forward the evaluation methods combining with the knowledge level ascension and the target users' grading,which effectively integrated the objective evaluation based on the levels of knowledge and the learners' subjective evaluation,and achieve the effectiveness evaluation of learning resources and tools.
