Education has been deeply concerned by our country and constantly launched a series of teaching policies,resulting in new teaching concepts and teaching modes every year.In recent years,the most concerned mode of education industry-learning plan-guided teaching mode.Many scholars have studied its mode and explored its theory and main practical effects.Through years of teaching experience,the author studies whether this teaching mode can be tried out in junior high school mathematics,how to implement this teaching mode in teaching,as well as possible problems and solutions in the teaching process.The first part is composed of four parts:the background of the topic,the research plan and the research method.Through the study of the theory of learning plan guidance and the study of its model abroad,the central argument of the paper is made clear.Besides understanding the theory of learning plan guidance,the teaching mode is also discussed.The basic teaching principles and teaching process are studied.Secondly,the behavior that may appear in the teaching mode should be studied in advance.There may be various cases in the teaching process.They should have a full understanding of the students' performance in the classroom.They should also have a full understanding of the possible situations in the classroom,such as teaching.In the process,students are distracted,unable to mobilize their enthusiasm,unable to control the rhythm of the classroom,and have no clear learning objectives.To solve these problems,we can formulate measures by communicating with students,finding problems,solving problems and setting up teaching and research conferences in time.We can use media technology to combine learning content with PPT.Taking group discussion as classroom activity,guiding students to complete tasks and speak on their own initiative,all students should insist on helping each other,guiding students to understand learning objectives,and designing the teaching process in a planned way,so as to achieve better teaching effect.Finally,some suggestions are given.Before opening the new curriculum,teachers should understand the knowledge that the students have mastered.They should elaborate on the key points of the difficulties.Teachers should interact with the students in time in class to improve their enthusiasm.Learning plan guidance should focus on the classroom activities of grouping students into groups.
