Since the establishment of the system of counselors in universities,the state has always treat the construction of high-quality and high level of counselor team as an important task to strengthen and improve the daily ideological and political education of college students.To strengthen the construction of the counselor team is rich in content.From the perspective of counselors as a profession,and on the basis of the importance and particularity of the mission of college counselors,it puts forward higher requirements for the career development of counselors.The rise and fall of counselors as well as the honor and disgrace have a direct impact on the stability,professionalism and specialization of the team,affecting the level and quality of their work,and then affect the development of the whole higher education and the harmony and stability of colleges and universities.In this sense,the importance of counselors career development is undoubtedly in the first value in the construction of counselor team.Marx believes that the practice is a way of life,labor is the first means of livelihood,and in the choice of occupation,we should follow the main indicator,that is,of human happiness and our own perfection.Therefore,the development of counselors' career should be promoted from the perspective of uniting social value and the realization of self value.From the position of human nature in society,the occupation career development of counselors needs self and social conditions to support and the internal and external dual to drive.It is not only of great theoretical significance,but also of great practical value to study the career development of counselors.As for the present reality,it is an indisputable fact that the career flow of the instructor team is too frequent.That's the lack of stability of counselors in colleges and universities,the lack of social members' professional identity of counselors,and the lack of motivation for the development of lifelong tenure system of College counselors.These restrict the development of the root causes of College Counselors' team,which has a negative impact on College counselors,also a troubled individual counselor occupation and professional development,improve the overall team obstacle constraints.The existence of these problems,and counselors occupation career development is not poor negative has a direct relationship,because of this,how to effectively promote their occupation career development has become a major problem in the construction of tutors.This essay is trying to target,in reference to the existing research results on the basis of the problem by focusing on "college counselors occupation career development" this proposition,aim through in-depth study of the theoretical level,the positioning and qualitative of college counselors occupation,clear the connotation and essence of college counselors occupation career development,to clarify the "what" and "why" of the premise,in order to solve the problem of countermeasures as the direction,to analyze the causes which restrict the development of the occupation career counselor,foundation for the development of basic law in revealing the historical conditions of the new occupation career counselors,and strive to through the thinking of "how to do",put forward to solve the college counselors occupation career development path breakthrough and principle of practice system construction and basic countermeasures.This paper consists of five parts:Chapter 1 The theory premise and the policy of basic research and development of college counselors occupation career.Study on the development of college counselors occupation career should be based on a comprehensive theory of the Marx doctrine,in accordance with the "occupation career theory",to discuss the logical trend,also should analyze the institutional framework in the policy background.Based on this,it clarifies the basic connotation of the "college counselors occupation career development",namely,college counselors occupation career development refers to the college counselors individual consciously grasp the social occupation,professional growth expectations and norms,continue to make efforts to achieve their occupation role requirements and have the ability of occupation accomplishment and the pursuit of the occupation development,to determine the logical starting point of this study.Chapter 2 Research on college counselors occupation career development.Based on the content of college counselors occupation career development "what to develop" in the title,from the occupation ability development of college counselors occupation career development,occupation personality development,content dimension occupation development are summarized,analyzed and it talks about key problems of combing college counselors occupation career development management situation and problems.Using interpretative structural model to analyze growth path that is mainly about give priority in order to promote self-reflection and research to realize their transcendence of career development cycle.Chapter 5 Thinking on practice system construction of promoting the development of university counselor career.University counselors should be put under the education concept of “broad ideological politics of education” to consider their career development issues.The development of university counselors' career should be processed and grasped from the integrity of system theory.The practice system should be constructed under the horizon of the target system,management system,training system,development system,evaluation system and the integration of environmental system.The dynamic operation of the practice system is proved in outer cycle of interaction between subsystem and the inner loop process of counselors individual career development activities.At the same time,the practical system dynamic optimization should be under the four dimensions which are theoretical framework,practical operation,systematic guarantee,and evaluation.The training system should be optimized through the contents and materials of training and teaching stuff.Meanwhile,the training mode should be optimized by multifaceted and modularized training system,community of growth,problem oriented scientific research mechanism and so on.Ultimately,the all-round development of university counselors' career can be realized.
