Under the background of constructing the innovation-oriented country with mass entrepreneurship and united innovation,the innovation activities of enterprise and university plays important role in reinforcing national innovation ability since they are two significant components of national innovation system.Therefore,to reinforce the cooperation innovation between university and enterprise can break through the production as well as application of labor division mode of knowledge and technology,promote the formation of Industry-University cooperation,and provide necessary supports for accelerating the industrialization of research findings.Innovation is the inexhaustible motivation of enterprise development and participation into Industry-University cooperation is the important way to enhance technological innovative ability.Industry-University cooperation is the technological innovative cooperation between enterprise and university,in the traditional industry-university cooperation,because of the better research foundation and scientific research results,colleges become the center of one-to-many cooperation relationship.With the increase of enterprise innovation consciousness and innovation investment,in the new multi-to-many cooperative relationship,it is often based on the enterprise as the core of the social network cooperation.The innovation of Industry-University cooperation is one of the significant methods of stimulating enterprise's collaborative innovation awareness,enhancing enterprise innovation ability as well as promoting the commercialization of research.For the sake of keeping efficient industry-university cooperation network operation and realizing the performance objective of industry-university cooperation,it is necessary to mine the factors that affect the cooperation and overcome the instability and high failure rate of network cooperation.The existence of network routines is conducive to maintaining the network relation between university and enterprise,improving the governance pattern of Industry-University cooperation network,reinforcing stability of Industry-University cooperation network,promoting university knowledge achievements to transfer to enterprise,and enhancing enterprise technological innovative level.Meanwhile,network routines are significant in network cooperation because they can facilitate knowledge exchange,coordinate cooperation relationship and normalize cooperation behavior so as to promote the innovation performance of network cooperation.As the important component of social network,Industry-University cooperation innovative network is applicable to social relation theory.Starting with the viewpoint of power dependency of social relation,enterprise's network advantages and the network resources it acquired constituted network power.With the increase of network power,the enterprise,originally at the center of Industry-University cooperation network,will enlarge its control and influence in network cooperation while grasping the position advantage of information collection as well as processing,which indicates that,it will possess more discourse power in formulating network routines.A series of network routine behaviors implemented by enterprise based on network power,such as coordinate network relation,establish network specification,enhance tacit understanding of network cooperation and conclude network consensus,generate great influence on the running of industry-university cooperation network.In Industry-University cooperation innovative network,core enterprise and cooperator form the cooperation relationship with specialization of work and resource complementary,which enables enterprise to obtain knowledge resource and enhance technological competence through organizational learning.Network relation reflects the characteristic and state of technological cooperation as well as knowledge exchange in Industry-University cooperation innovative network;the enhancement of relationship strength between network members can effectively facilitate information transfer and cooperation exchange;the improvement of relationship quality can reduce the perceptive uncertainty between cooperating units.All these are helpful for reducing transaction cost,enhancing cooperation efficiency,promoting cooperation satisfaction and realizing cooperation innovation performance.Besides,the maintenance of network relation and promotion of relationship strength as well as quality between cooperating units are conducive to fully playing the communication and coordination function of network routines in network cooperation.In order to give full play to the facilitating function of Industry-University cooperation network in promoting enterprise technological innovative ability and enhancing cooperation innovation performance,this article deeply researches the forming process and function of mechanism of network routines in Industry-University cooperation based on network cooperation relevant theories and sorting domestic as well as overseas related studies,by taking Industry-University cooperation network as research background,from the perspectives of social network,using the empirical research method to analysis the relationship among network power,network routines and innovation performance in Industry-University cooperation.In the introductory section,it mainly introduces research background,research significance,including theoretical and practical significance,research content,research method,and technical route,elaborates research theoretical logic as well as overall framework.In the theoretical foundations and literature review,it mainly explains the theoretical foundations and domestic as well as overseas studies related to this research.The theoretical foundations include organizational learning theory,resource-based theory,social network theory,and path dependence theory.Domestic and overseas studies cover the literature sorting and review of Industry-University cooperation study,network power study,network relationship study,network routines study and innovation performance study.According to the systematic review as well as comprehensive induction made by relevant theories and studies,it summarizes the development trend of related studies;through combining with the development status of Industry-University cooperation practice.This chapter designs research content and framework.In the theoretical model building section,based on theoretical derivation,defines the concepts of four variables,including network power,network relationship,network routines and innovation performance.In the element dimensional partition,it divides network relationship into relationship strength and relationship quality,builds the conceptual model among the four variables.In the hypothesis section,proposes the hypothesis of relation between network power and network relationship,network relationship and network routines,network routines and innovation performance,network power and network routines,network power and innovation performance.And propose the intermediation hypothesis of network relationship in the influence of network power on network routines,and the intermediation hypothesis of network routines in the influence of network power on innovation performance.In the empirical research section,based on designing questionnaire,selecting survey sample,implementing sample and data collection,and measuring the four variables of network power,network relationship,network routines,and innovation performance.It carries out descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,based on multi-layer regression method,checks the theoretical model among network power,network relationship,network routines and innovation performance,and tests the hypothesis.In the discussion and implications section,discuss about empirical research results among network power,network routines and innovation performance.According to the hypothesis testing,combining with enterprise's actual business,provide theoretical revelation,practice revelation and related management advice for enterprises to participate in the Industry-University cooperation.In the conclusion and prospect section,according to the discussion of empirical results and through combining with theoretical analysis,it summarizes research conclusions,generalizes theoretical contribution and practical enlightenment of this article,induces innovative points,points out research deficiencies and looks to further research in the future.In generally,based on empirical research results,this article comes to three meaningful conclusions: firstly is that enterprise shall emphasize on the management of network power during Industry-University cooperation because network power is beneficial to the network routines and innovation performance.Secondly is that the influence of network power on network routines is partly affected by the intermediary role of network relationship in Industry-University cooperation.Thirdly is that,in Industry-University cooperation,network routines plays important role since it not only affect innovation performance directly,but also through the totally intermediation between network power and innovation performance.Except for enriching the theoretical research of social network and industry-university cooperation,this article also leads enterprise to obtain more network resources by using network power,builds the network relation suitable for promoting Industry-University cooperation and maintains the stability of network cooperation through network routines' constraint of cooperators' behaviors,which provides theoretical support as well as practical guidance for effectively participating Industry-University cooperation and realize cooperation innovation performance.
