Professional emotion not only belongs to simple physiological and psychological experience, but also behavioral performance and emotional practice based on individual experience. And, though undoubtedly banners of reason and technology have risen highly in the field of individual professional development, but the marginalized role of mood in teachers' professional development has been improved obviously, the influence of teachers'emotional dimension on their career development, self-awareness and students learning ability has caught increasingly attention of scholars both at home and abroad. Counselors as an important part of the team of university teachers, whose emotional characteristics in their career growth and development process deserve attention also. At the same time, due to the fact that in ideological and political education in university, counselors play an important and core part, and good professional emotion not only could help them to complete the important mission given by the party and the country, but also a premise for effective ideological and political education activities, therefore, to arouse the enthusiasm for counselors, and to help them be nourished mentally and emotionally could are of particularly importance. Therefore,either for the focus on counselors' mental and emotional world,or for the fact that emotion has become an indispensable part of teaching practice, counselors' professional emotional problems are worth of our further research and interpretation.Based on this, this study, from reviewing and concerning of both superficial and underneath roots of counselors'professional emotional performance, focuses on exploring effective strategies to enhance counselors' professional emotion.By using main knowledge from theories of Marxist humanism, humanistic psychology,and emotion management and social support as references, while providing a comprehensive explanation mode for the emergence and development of emotions with the combination of different theoretical tools. On research methods, mainly adopts qualitative research methods,with a focus on interviews, physical analysis, and observations to collect data. Either counselor's self-judgment of professional emotion status, or interactive evaluation from others as well as sentiment text analysis of interviews all indicate that it is a common phenomenon for some counselors' emotion loss. At the same time, from the grasp of the detailed dimension of counselor professional emotion, although students can bring counselors rich and obvious positive emotional experience, the negative side of emotion brought by students and other factors is more obvious comparatively.From the reason analysis point of view, the modern interpretation system theory provides a suitable framework for explanation. The factors influencing counselor professional emotion is an element system combined the subject, object and social system together,reflecting a dynamic interactive influences of people, object, environment and so on inside the system. While counselors, students and management concept and attitude of universities management are main influencing factors. The system is the core part of object factor,environmental factors such as family support, social acceptance also play significant roles.This study holds that since professional emotion takes place under the influence of different elements, levels and results, as a result of the interaction between both intrinsic and extrinsic factors,therefore,the cultivation of counselors'professional emotion should also be a gradual process in long term, cannot be separated with internal mechanism and external factors.To be specific, the cultivation and improvement of counselor professional emotion canbe explored and studied from dimensions of individual counselor, schools and society. Firstly,from the dimension of individual counselor, one must establish right career cognition, equip oneself the professional ability, and cultivate high emotional intelligence. Furthermore, from the dimension of school,at first,to innovate management mode, provide emotional security for counselor's professional emotional cultivation. Secondly to optimize system and provide systematic guarantee. Finally to build shared vision and create positive culture of ascension.Whereas,from the dimension of social support,sources like peers,family,and "important others", can provide private support. A professional community can serve for the interests of the counselor, improve their state of profession, and develop a platform for them, in order to provide occupational support. From social dimension, mass media like internet, television and newspapers should play a major role in promoting counselor's professional reputation,as well as nurture a better social environment of public opinions to enhance the understanding and trust of counselor's profession in whole society.
