In the process of teacher professional reform and development, it is necessary for teachers professionalism to strengthen the moral qualities of teachers and promote the transformation of teachers' professional morality. This study focuses on the formation of professional morality of teachers in the context of teachers professionalism. The formation of professional morality of teachers is a gradual process of deepening and clear, which is the teaching profession morality extending from the morality issues involved in educational morality; and, the transformation of teachers' professional morality extending from the issues of teachers' professional morality involved in professional sports teachers.This paper bases on documentary study. The first chapter is the introduction. Chapter two overviews the professional morality of teachers, which analyzes the characteristics and structure of the professional of morality teachers based on the definition of professional morality of teachers. Chapter three studies the backgrounds and contents of the formation of professional morality of teachers, and describes the formation of professional ethics of teachers is the interaction of professional emotion, professional reason and professional will, and achieving the transformation of knowledge into action. Chapter four clarifies the factors affecting the formation of professional morality of teachers from the social aspects and the teachers themselves. Chapter five proposes the ways to the formation of professional morality of teachers based on the earlier discussion.This article asserts:Professional morality of teachers means that in the process of the professional development of teachers, teachers quality and code of conduct which are formed gradually, and which are stable, and which can represent the characteristics of teachers, and the rules of conduct which can represent professional emotion, professional reason and professional will. Love is the embodiment of emotional aspects in the structure of the teacher's professional morality, wisdom is the embodiment of rational aspects in the structure of the teacher's professional morality, and self-discipline is the embodiment of volitive aspects in the structure of the teacher's professional morality. Education love, education wisdom and education self-discipline which are interrelated, interpenetrated constitute the full meaning of professional morality of teachers. The formation of professional morality of teachers is the interaction of professional emotion, professional reason and professional will, and achieving the transformation of knowledge into action. The formation of professional of morality teachers are influenced by the social aspects and the teachers themselves, and it asks the teachers to adjust the relationship between self-interest and the external environment on purpose, to establish reasonable moral concept, improve understanding of professional morality, cultivate ethical emotion, establish ethical beliefs, educate ethical behavior, launch ethical reflection and etc.
