The professional affection of teachers plays an important role in promoting the professional development of college teachers and their own development.Western scholars research shows that when the teachers' knowledge of education and teaching level after reaching a certain degree,the most can distinguish between teachers ability strong or weak is professional emotion.This paper mainly discusses the present situation of teachers' professional emotion in Hunan.The professional affection of teachers is college teachers engaged in the field of higher education teaching and scientific research activities of emotional experience,good professional emotional experience is helpful for teachers to form the stable psychological status and promote their professional development.In this paper,the connotation and constitution of the professional emotion of college teachers are analyzed,and the effects and function of the professional emotion are discussed.Based on the questionnaire survey as the main research method,some teachers in Hunan University were studied to research the current situation of professional emotion of teachers in colleges and universities.In partieular,the professional sentiment of college teachers is investigated from six aspects.Firstly,it investigated whether teachers like this job and why they like it.Secondly,it investigates the self-identity of university teachers.Thirdly,it investigates the emotion regulation of college teachers.Fourthly,it investigated the satisfaction of teachers engaged in education teaching related to school management,interpersonal relationship and work treatment.Fifth,it investigates the teachers' understanding of teachers'professional emotion;Finally,the author investigates the whole experience of college teachers' practice.According to the research results,the overall emotional state of college teachers is good,and most of the teachers love the college teachers' profession and have a higher professional identity.But management at school and job satisfaction are low.After the difference analysis,the male teachers in the university were higher than the female teachers in "career recognition"and "love of occupation".The teaching age has the highest professional identity of teachers in 6-10 years,while the teachers who have been teaching for more than 15 years have the lowest sense of professional identity.The lecturers have the highest professional identity,and the teacher's professional identity is relatively low.The phenomenon of job burnout among teachers in key universities is significantly lower than that of other teachers.However,the teachers of private colleges and universities have the highest love for their career.In the recognition of teachers' professional feelings,the key university teachers are more comprehensive and profound than other college teachers.As a whole,teachers in Hunan University have a good professional emotional experience.In order to further optimize the professional emotion of college teachers,two Suggestions are put forward:first,the college teachers should enhance their self-cultivation and improve their professional emotional literacy.Second,colleges and universities through the sound management system,arouse teachers education enthusiasm.
