The teacher's professional emotion is an abstract topic.It has been a hot topic in the field of education.The teacher's professional emotion can be explained like this:During the course of the teachings and leanings,whether the teacher can gain his fulfillment of individual social needs or not ? And what is its effort on the teacher's everlasting psychology feelings and state either positive or negative.The teacher's professional emotion is based on the teachings activities,whose bases are the social responsibility and mission.It consists of both positive and negative emotion.The former one has an optimistic effort on the students' development as well as the teachers themselves.While the latter one has a pessimistic effect.Through a questionnaire of 591 teachers in Enshi Hubei province,we found out:The career satisfaction of the rural teachers is firmly related to both the school and the teacher.On the whole the rural teachers are not satisfied with the career to some degree.As to the occupation loyalty of the rural mid-school teachers,we found out that the occupation loyalty of the female,the Mid-aged and the unmarried is higher than that of the male,the younger and the married ones.Similarly the occupation loyalty of the teachers with the lower education degree and lower professional qualification is also higher than that of the higher ones.As to the working state of the rural mid-school teachers,it is widely acknowledged that the teacher's working spirits are not very high and their pressure is also very great.The cause of these phenomena are various.First,it is the country and the government's policies that lead to unfavorable situation.The reasons are as follows:on the one hand the government's commitment to the education in rural area is not very enough.As a result,the teachers income there is very low,which cause the teacher resources there are not steady.On the other hand,the teacher enrollment system is also unreasonable.That is most of the teachers of some subjects can not be enrolled.What's more,there exist some big problems in further training of the ruralteachers,thus leading to the efficiency of the further training in rural area under people ' s expectation.At last,the Educational Administration ' s regulation and assessment are also very poor.Second,the schools in rural area as well as the social surroundings both account for this bad situation.The teaching resources are not fairly reasonable and the subject structure is also not reasonable.Besides,the administrators of the rural school don't own the ides of overall development of the school.Their working styles are very simple and rough.On the other hand,some negative social values have a bad impact on the teachers.Third the factor of the rural teachers themselves also contribute to this situation.For example,the aging of the rural teachers is an uncontrollable process,the number of the men teachers and women teachers is not balanced.Besides,the working pressure of the rural mid-school teachers and their mental stress are becoming increasingly great.In order to solve these problems,some measures should be taken as follows :First,the country should use its power to set some rules and regulations to guide the education in rural area.Because to enlarge the enrollment in rural schools and make the allocation of the teaching resources reasonable.They should also issue some new policies to promote the development of the education in the rural area.Guarantee that the teachers all have access to further education.Make the teaching assessment and evaluation system as perfect as possible so that the teachers then can improve their own abilities.Second,the society and parents should own an appropriate attitude to the teachers.In this way,we can develop a good social values,where the teachers are respected and the education is highly valued.In addition.the media is impression on the teachers should return to the right track.By doing all of these,the images of the teachers can be reshaped.Third,the school should explore a scientific and reasonable management system and construct a humanistic and harmonious atmosphere.Besides,the school should also set some regulations to guarantee the rights of the teachers in rural area and lighten their stress.What's more,more attention should be paid to their mental and emotional needs to reduce their psychological anxiety.At last,the most important thing is that the teachers themselves should strengthenself-management,achieve self-fulfillment and carry out self-adjustment to improve themselves.
