Medical postgraduates are national high skilled talents,and they undertake the important task of national medical advance and development.It is proved that the level of psychological suzhi directly affects the development of their life,study and scientific research,therefore,the cultivation of medical postgraduates should not only pay attention to improve the level of scientific research and clinical skills,but also must pay attention to the improvement of their psychological suzhi.However,in the past,the research of psychological suzhi is mostly based on pupils,middle school students and undergraduates as the research objects,but for the postgraduates research is quite little.Research on the psychological suzhi of medical postgraduates is almost blank,and how to effectively improve the level of their psychological suzhi is very little research.Based on these,this topic mainly carries on the following research:1.Using the grounded theory research method,the concept of psychological suzhi of medical postgraduates was determined.And according to the results of interview and survey,the structure of psychological suzhi of medical postgraduates was construct.This structure of medical postgraduates includes 3 dimensions: cognitive quality,personality quality and adaptability quality.Cognitive quality includes 4 factors,such as degeneration,depth,monitoring and creativity.Personality quality includes 6 factors,such as responsibility,knowledge,perseverance,tolerance,planning and self-discipline.Adaptation quality includes 3 factors,such as social adaptation,career adaptation and social adaptation.Then questionnaire of psychological suzhi of medical postgraduates is establishmented.The formal questionnaire consising of 62 items was formed after three prediction questionnaires.The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The results showed that the questionnaire had good reliability and validity,which could be used to measure the psychological suzhi of medical postgraduates.2.Using the self-made "medical postgraduates psychological suzhi questionnaire" surveyed 1599 medical postgraduates coming from 6 medical colleges.The results showed that there were significant differences in the scores of psychological suzhi,three dimensions,each factor in grade,age,gender,whether employment,marital status,employment status,and so on.3.Using the questionaire for survey the construction on mode of psychological education and training for medical postgraduates,carring three investigations on the experts and the medical postgraduates,using frequency analysis and refer to the characteristics of psychological suzhi of medical postgraduates,the researcher constructed the "three stage progressive" education and training mode of psychological suzhi for medical postgraduates,and set the goal,content,organization,effect evaluation of education,etc..4.Researcher extracted a part of mode to carry on empirical research.The early investigation found that the second grade students were in the conversion stage from high to low psychological suzhi.Therefore researcher selected them as subjects,and trained them in order to improve their psychological suzhi.Using the education and training content of the second stage in the mode,researcher conducted 10 intensive psychological trainings for the postgraduates.The questionnaire of psychological suzhi,emotional regulation self-efficacy scale,postgraduate stress questionaire,stress coping questionaire and mental health questionnaire were used to measure the members of intervention group and the members of control group by comparing the result of pre test and post test.It was found that there were significant differences between the intervention groups before and after training on the 5 measuring instruments.It showed that training was effective to improve the psychological suzhi of medical postgraduates and relieved their stress,and to improve their mental health.It also showed that the education and training mode of psychological suzhi was effective.Qualitative study was conducted by means of interview with the postgraduates and their colleagues,in order to test the result of intervention.Researcher found that it was effective for the training on change the cognitive,improve personality,and enhance the adaptability of postgraduates.5.Using structural equation model to examine the relationship between psychological suzhi,emotional regulation self-efficacy,stress,stress coping and mental health of medical postgraduates,researcher sorted out the path between them and found that psychological suzhi had direct effect on emotional regulation self-efficacy and mental health.Psychological suzhi could also affect the stress,stress coping and mental health through emotional regulation self-efficacy.6.Base on the importance of the promotion of psychological suzhi and a series of work in the early stage,the management strategies of psychological suzhi education in medical universities are put forward.(1)University leadership and tutors must pay attention to the psychological suzhi education.(2)it is necessary that we should have psychological professionals,funds,place of education and training and system.(3)The psychological
