New century, our country sports curriculum in basic education conducted twoprofound reform, successively in2003promulgated the "ordinary high schoolphysical education and health curriculum standard", in2011formulated the"compulsory education sports and health curriculum standard"(the following twosets of curriculum standard "new standard" for short). Both the revision of "sportsand health curriculum standard" of sports teachers in basic education put forwardnew requirements and challenges. Based sports teachers from colleges anduniversities sports education faculty cultivation and output, the talent training ofprofessional orientation, curriculum system, teaching content determines whetherthe graduates of adapt to basic education sports curriculum reform demands.University sports education professional personnel training, therefore, should takethe initiative to adapt to basic education reform and development of physicaleducation curriculum, the ministry of education promulgated the "basic educationcurriculum reform outline" also mentioned that the colleges and universities must tocultivate conforms to the standard requirements of teachers, as the starting point oftalent training, cultivating social needed, applied physical education talents. But,in hunan province colleges and universities sports education professional personneltraining and basic education has not formed the new standard of the good docking,this will be the basis of future education one of the important influence factors of PEteachers’ quality.Therefore, in the context of the new standard of the hunan province universitysports education professional personnel training scheme are discussed, in line withthe new era not only the need of talent cultivation in colleges and universities alsohelps to promote in the new standard of the implementation of basic education. Thisstudy based on university sports education talent training and education reform ofthe new standard of the situation as the research object, by the hunan10collegesand universities sports education professional personnel training status and20basiceducation school of hunan province implementation of the reform of the newstandard of the status quo on the scope of investigation. Literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, comparative analysis,statistics and other methods, the hunan province university sports educationprofessional leadership, a line of sports teacher questionnaire and interviews, andother groups and individuals for the study of hunan province university sportseducation professional personnel training scheme and basic education is the newstandard of the reference.In this paper, we study the following conclusions:(l) in colleges anduniversities sports education specialized curriculum and the basic educationcurriculum reform and docking is bad.(2) skill in teaching contents, teachingmethods ignore the primary and secondary school physical education curriculumneed, discipline theory is too strong.(3) the sports education professionalmanagers, not enough emphasis on basic education curriculum reform,professional teachers know little about the curriculum reform.(4) the sportseducation specialized facilities is insufficient, affect the personnel training (5) thesports education professional students’ practical ability is poor.Suggestion:(l) to improve the degree of attention to the new standard of the (2)(3) improve the teachers’ training adjust the personnel training mode, optimize thecurriculum structure (4) increasing investment, optimize the teaching resourceallocation (5) to establish multiple evaluation demonstration system (6) in a timelymanner to sum up the experiences of curriculum implementation...
