With the expansion of the overall scale of higher education,the enrollment scaleof full-time postgraduates of physical education in colleges and universities in Chinahas also been expanding,and the consequent problems of talent cultivation qualityand employment ability of postgraduates of physical education have graduallyattracted social attention.In the face of co VID-19,the state has attached greatimportance to the employment of college graduates.President Xi Jinping has statedthat "employment of college graduates is the top priority in ensuring stableemployment".Therefore,a clear understanding of the connotation and extension ofthe employability of full-time master of Physical education graduates and a clearunderstanding of the main factors affecting the employability of full-time master ofPhysical education graduates and the relationship between them can providereference for improving the quality of talent training and employmentcompetitiveness of full-time master of physical education graduates.This study on sports master graduate student of full-time employment abilityand influence factors as the research object,adopts the method of stratifiedsampling,from chose seven colleges and universities across the country,with theseven universities full-time graduates of postgraduate sports as investigation object,integrated application of the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,structural equation modeling and other researchmethods.The findings:1.The mean values of the four dimensions of employability,school support,social support and self-efficacy of full-time PE postgraduate students are different tosome extent,among which the average score of social support is the highest,theaverage score of school support is the lowest,and the average score of self-efficacyand employability is in the middle level.2.Gender has significant differences in social support,self-efficacy andemployability.Whether to serve as a student cadre,whether to participate in sports related part-time job in the employment ability dimension has significant difference;There were significant differences in school support and self-efficacy betweenstudents who participated in club activities on campus and those who did not.Thepolitical status has significant difference in school support,social support andemployability.There were significant differences in self-efficacy between studentswho planned to engage in sports related work after graduation.Other demographicvariables showed no statistically significant differences in these four dimensions.3.The structural equation model of employability of full-time PE postgraduatestudents is composed of four dimensions: school support,social support,self-efficacy and employability.In this study,exploratory and confirmatory factoranalysis was carried out on the scale,and each fitting index conforms to themodeling standard of structural equation model.The results show that schoolsupport has a significant positive effect on social support.Self-efficacy has asignificant positive effect on social support.School support and self-efficacy havesignificant positive effects on employability.However,the positive effects of schoolsupport on self-efficacy and social support on employability were not significantlydifferent,and some null hypotheses were not supported.This indicates that theremay be other mediation paths and influence mechanisms,which need to be furtherexplored in future studies.Finally,Suggestions are put forward to improve the employability of full-timemaster of Physical education.
