In Vietnamese university education system,ideological and political theory course has occupied an important position which not only concerns the cultivation on world outlook,outlook on life and value outlook of college students,but also concerns all-around development of college student's moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education and also more concerns there is no lack people to carry on for socialist construction.At present,Vietnamese ideological and political theory education work has achieved satisfactory results,but there are still many shortcomings need to be improved.On one hand,there are still problems in course system,teaching material and teaching content,etc.of ideological and political course,especially in Marxism-Leninism Basic Principle Course;On the other hand,college students who are education objects of ideological and political theory course don't have a high interest in it,even have snobbish,defiant and passive attitude.Therefore,based on Vietnamese fundamental realities and in combination with objective reality of ideological and political theory course,make a research on construction of Vietnamese university ideological and political theory course to analyze problems existed in content,teaching method and teaching materials,etc.of ideological and political theory course and then putting forward a practical and effective method which undoubtedly,has important theoretical value and practical significance on maximizing the achievements of Vietnamese ideological and political theory course.Based on realities and insisting on taking problem as the guidance is the precondition to promote the construction of Vietnamese university ideological and political theory course.Facts speak louder than words,through data statistics of questionnaire survey made on 1560 ideological and political course teachers and 208700 college students respectively,we got that at present,main problems existed in Vietnamese university ideological and political theory course are as follow: teaching idea of ideological and political theory course and modern education trend are not detailed;Teaching content lags behind the requirement of practicing what your learnt;There are differences between the quality of teaching troop and teaching effective demand.Outdated teaching methods have affected the play of enthusiasm and initiative given by learners;Educational effect of college students' ideological and political theory is not ideal.Only mastering the main problems objectively and scientifically,can we prescribe the right remedy for the illness to indicate directions for promoting the construction of Vietnamese university ideological and political theory course.Optimizing and enriching the teaching content of teaching materials of university ideological and political theory course is the key link to promote the construction of Vietnamese university ideological and political theory course.On one hand,optimize course,teaching material and teaching content.Insist on the concept of advancing with times to improve the setting of courses;Make an in-depth interpretation to supplement and revise teaching materials;study,learn for reference and flexibly use some knowledge to enrich teaching content.On the other hand,collect relevant knowledge to expand the view of curriculum.In combination with relevant knowledge of social science to enrich the content of ideological and political theory course;Use relevant knowledge of natural science to expand the content of ideological and political theory course.Only ensuring the scientificity,comprehensiveness and up-to-date nature of teaching content,can we ensure that it can fully play its inter-body role in stimulating the interest in learning.Reform and innovation of teaching and learning methods of ideological and political theory course is the effective gripper to promote the construction of Vietnamese university ideological and political theory course.On one hand,ensure innovation of teachers' teaching methods.Use comprehensive teaching method to improve classroom efficiency;Use new media teaching to stimulate the interest in learning;Use practice teaching method to guide students to integrate into society.On the other hand,teach the student to learn the methods of ideological and political theory course.Make a learning plan scientifically to improve their own skills in digging into books and gathering information.Only ensuring that the methods can meet the "appetite" of college students,can we ensure that it can fully play its media role.Both make teachers do things with high proficiency and make students enjoy it so much as to forget to leave.Cultivating and improving the teaching troop of ideological and political theory course is key element to promote the construction of Vietnamese university ideological and political theory course.Firstly is to strictly check against the "criteria of moral cultivation" and to build good teacher moral and teaching style.Become a model for others and take care of students;Rigorous scholarship can improve capacity.Secondly is to strictly check against the "criteria of professional ability" and to improve teaching and researching ability.Grasp basic theory and improve professional quality and ability;Devote to scientific research to serve teaching work better.Finally,strictly check against the "criteria of incentive and elimination" to establish an excellent teacher team.Make use of positive incentive to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers;Make use of negative incentive to re-cultivate the unqualified teachers.Teacher is the main body for construction of university ideological and political theory course,only ensuring that the comprehensive quality of teacher troop is strong enough,then can we ensure it can fully play its leading function to correctly evade all the stumbling blocks.Improving and strengthening ideological and political theory course safeguard mechanism is the qualitative guarantee to promote the construction of Vietnamese university ideological and political theory course.Firstly is to improve teaching management system.Ensure and strengthen teacher management system and improve the college students management quality.Secondly is to create a good teaching environment.Pay attention to family environment,improve campus environment and strengthen social environment.And finally,strengthen government guidance mechanism.Stress the key point: improving the education policy of key universities;Classification Guidance: improving the education policy of regional universities.
