The 2013 TALIS(International Survey of Teachers' Teaching)surve y data showed that Shanghai teachers' use of classroom teaching strategie s is higher than that of the international average,but it is apparently below the international level in terms of promoting students to use information technology and Internet for finishing study programs or assignment.Similarly,in the PISA(International Student Assessment Program)test results,grades of students in Shanghai ranked first in mathematics,readings,and scientific,but ranked sixth in computer problem solving.Obviously,the level of students' information literacy ability is inseparable from the teachers' cultivation.Teachers need to strength their own information literacy in order to train students better.Therefore,teachers' information literacy needs to be improved urgently.In December 2015,the Eighteenth Meeting of the Twelfth NPC Standing Committee voted to pass the Decision on Amending the Education Law of the People's Republic of China,and the meeting included educational informatization in the Education Law for the first time.In February 2016,the "Key Points of Educational Informatization in2016" issued by the Ministry of Education proposed that "the application of teachers' information technology capabilities should be incorporated into the training of normal students and the appraisal system of teachers and principals." From the legislative level and the policy level,the government has made every effort to improve teachers' information literacy and improve weak links.Whether it is the training of new teachers or the training of normalstudents,there is an urgent need to construct a system of information literacy curriculum that is suitable for cultivating the information literacy of future excellent teachers.It is the core content of this essay to improve the information-based teaching technology and research ability of teachers in the pre-service training.Through in-depth interviews with teachers and managers engaged in basic education,the author first sorts out the current situation of teachers' information literacy,and establishes the deserved target of information literacy teaching for teachers and students with teacher information literacy as their matrix.At the same time,taking S normal university as an example,based on the "general high school information technology curriculum standards" as well as the existing information literacy curriculum syllabus,research to normal school students in the information literacy situation were investigated and analyzed.The research shows that the information literacy of pupils in normal school is not balanced and the overall level is poor.Compared with freshmen,the information literacy of third grade students has not been greatly improved,which is far from the information literacy requirements of excellent teacher(the deserved goal of normal student information literacy).Then,based on interviews with front-line teachers and normal student information literacy curriculum objectives,the author analyses and evaluates information literacy curriculum for normal students qualitatively.Based on the above research,it is found that the validity of the information literacy curriculum for normal students is in doubt.Through further analysis,the author believes the current issues ofinformation literacy curriculum system for teachers and students existing in the following areas: First,the teaching objectives lag behind the development of technology(concept and technology is lagged);Second,the settlement of curriculum is not irrelative from interdisciplinary relationship(curriculum and content is scattered);Third,the desire of that teachers reform how they teach is not strong(teaching experience).Based on the literature research and current situation investigation,this research started to reconstruct the existing related curriculum(including information literacy curriculum,educational technology curriculum,subject teaching theory,teaching practice curriculum,etc.)and designed and developed a set of system of normal student information literacy curriculum system which has realized the deep integration of subject teaching and modern educational technology,as well as the practice of teaching throughout teaching,and has greatly increased the chances for normal students to carry out teaching practice.Meanwhile,the immersive teaching method can help normal students to achieve a spiral rise in learning,practice,discussions and reflection ability to every knowledge point and in every stage of learning so as to enable the normal students to use information technology during optionally classroom teaching in future.That will make every normal student(future teacher)to be trained to have "future classroom" teaching capabilities in the era of big data.Simultaneously,based on that the evaluation index of information literacy ability of normal students is constructed and the learning situation of normal students is evaluated,the evaluation index of informationliteracy course for normal university students is further constructed.Relying on the above two evaluation indexes,the author established the evaluation system of the information literacy curriculum system constructed in this paper.The research further puts forward the relevant guarantee measures in the stage of curriculum development and implementation,and notes in detail from four aspects: curriculum content guarantee,curriculum selection guarantee,curriculum implementation guarantee and curriculum environment guarantee.In the environmental protection the innovation of "“successful classroom”(School University Cloudy Classroom S.U.C.C.)” action plan",is reasonable to infer a future class teaching,which designs that the future classroom teaching model is divided into three stages of implementation,integrates and supports every stage of curriculum implementation.From the feasibility and credibility of curriculum implementation,this paper shows that,the primary school education in S normal university representing a period of future teachers is chosen for experimental research curriculum,and normal students information literacy curriculum and teaching get fusional developed,and relying on"successful classroom" to support the programme.In November 2016,we completed the first stage experimental teaching case of "successful classroom",basically achieved the expected goals and achieved periodicity results,and got the great approval from participating teachers and experts.On the basis of initially successful curriculum,for the future research on the information literacy curriculum and "successful classroom" is expected,and we in the future research will further refinethe normal student information literacy curriculum study carried out in the "successful classroom",and look forward to the "successful classroom teaching classroom leading the successful education,with excellent teachers in the future direction of basic education the future.This research notes that,along with the further development of educational informatization and the reform of basic education,the information literacy curriculum of normal university students has stayed at the urgent need for reform.The case of information literacy curriculum reform of normal students based on "successful classroom" is a successful practice case and is combine of the development of local basic education in Shanghai,the training concept of excellent teachers in Shanghai,and the characteristics of S normal university itself.Normal school students are the reserve force of future teachers.Reconstructing the information literacy curriculum of normal university students and improving the training level of information literacy of normal students will be an important measure for the reform of Teacher Education in China.
