With the scientific information, the digital technology, economic integration and political multi-polarization and cultural diversity launched a global wave to accelerate the pace of high speed information with the purpose of information building with its rapid trend of infiltration in all aspects of society, information is changing people's original social space, and more and more people feel the original knowledge has gradually not suited the requirements of the new era, the information in today is playing an important role in social development increasingly.The 21st century is the beginning of the history of mankind and the millennium. At turning point in this era, mankind is at an alarming rate out of industrial civilization, into the information age. The advent of the Information Age has not only changed people's ways of production and way of life, but also change people's way of thinking and learning, and at the result the network-based education will come into a virtual and internationalization, personalized. The goal of nurturing talent in the mode of information literacy is causing more and more countries′attention of the world wide, and gradually joined into education goals and evaluation system from primary to university, and become a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the personnel an important indicator. The cultivation of students'information literacy has become a major theoretical and practical issue. Information Literacy is an extension of traditional culture and development, composed by the Information Awareness, information ethics, and information capacity of knowledge and information.With regard to the responsibility of the training of future teachers in Normal University, the problem of how to improve the quality of information has become the urgent need. As a P.E major student in Zhejiang province, with the "Hi-tech Olympics", proposed, more information should adapt to the social environment, the digital technology, with the real needs of the information age by the "information literacy."The draw at home and abroad on the results of research on information literacy, information literacy and its connotations of the concept of the historical development of a brief introduction, with full domestic and international information study on the quality of the content of education on the basis of the literature, which based on the actual situation, Theory applied to practice, and from the following four areas: information awareness, information and knowledge and information moral capacity of Zhejiang Province in Normal six sports of the institutions of the specialist investigation and research students. The results show that the current Zhejiang Normal University sports information student professional awareness of this specialist weak knowledge of information do not quite understand, information capacity of poor quality information is not strong, and so on.Zhejiang Normal professional sports specialist students of the information literacy deficiencies exist subjective and objective reasons: teaching philosophy obsolete, lack of information literacy education, curriculum not enough scientific and rational; lack of proper guidance and utilization of information at the end; cultural foundation is weak. In this paper, I put up 5 developmental strategy of P.E major students'information literacy in Zhejiang Normal professional college: change the teaching concepts, enhance information literacy education, science curriculum rationalization, take information literacy courses into the curriculum, strengthen management, use information lawfully and reasonably; Improve students'learning ability.This study has put the theory into practice, looked for a way to solve the problem and give out some developmental idea, which based on the investigation of the information literacy of P.E major students in Zhejiang normal professional college. As a result, we want to final an efficient model which give some suggestions for college's cultivation for talent and give the study for other researchers. |
