After entering the 21st century, however, especially in recent years, with the rapid development of social science and technology and the information network technology by leaps and bounds, product market and talent market competition intensifying, the technology market change speed rapid ascension, gradually improve the protection of intellectual property rights policy laws and regulations to make the knowledge of science and technology speciality, exclusiveness and accumulating more dash forward show, enterprise scientific and technological personnel of liquidity has been more and more fast, the change of market consumption demand is becoming more and more rapidly, enterprises increasingly feel just only on their knowledge accumulation and innovation ability has been difficult to adapt to market changes and new consumer needs, the building on the resource-based view of enterprise innovation strategy model is a stark and powerful challenge. In this case, enterprises have to consider with the external force (individuals, universities, research institutions, government departments, etc.) to improve their own competitiveness, to ensure healthy and continuous development. In the concrete practice of production, technology alliance, cooperation, innovation, innovation of network, external oriented strategy for the enterprise innovation provides an important power, they can effectively encourage enterprises in the wider acquire innovative knowledge, configuration innovation resources, lack of knowledge, resources, and ability to overcome their own innovation of defects, completed in time for the development of new products, new technology, gain the ideal innovation performance. However, the theoretical circle is not agreed to this, some scholars found that the external market orientation lead to enterprises ignore other than the new development of competitive industries and the target market customer demand information, and other sources of innovation power can be formed, and the enterprise to the loss of the sensitivity of the nontraditional innovative information will make it better innovation opportunity loss, damage innovation performance, and thus the ability of competition in the market. In addition, those who adhere to the researchers and people think of resource-based view, regardless of changes in the external market, its internal innovation knowledge should always is the foundation of enterprise innovation, because the external innovation strategy guide may cause employees to generate "not invented here" sense of frustration, which would further damage to the enterprise's own ability to innovate.In this paper, the study found that lead to the choice of innovation strategy orientation and innovation performance of the relationship between the conclusion of the reason:one is the choice of innovation strategy orientation and innovation performance is not a single dimension linear relationship between, in the theoretical study of the previous did not distinguish between this two relations dimensions effectively. Therefore, this study on the basis of predecessors study, from the perspective of enterprise knowledge management, further explore different innovation strategy guide how to affect the enterprise internal knowledge acquiring, accumulating and transmitting activities leading to enterprise to obtain different innovation performance.This paper exploratory case study combined with empirical research method, based on the knowledge acquisition segmentation from the point of view of the enterprise in different strategic orientation in the process of seeking external innovation partners (customer oriented and technology oriented), from qualitative and quantitative two dimensions to explore enterprise innovation strategy orientation, internal mechanism of interaction between knowledge and innovation performance. First of all, from machinery manufacturing, aerospace, metallurgy and electric power industries of five innovation performance relatively prominent exploratory case study of large state-owned enterprises, found that different innovation strategy guide can make the enterprise in the absorption of external innovation information and time to seek external innovation partners have different choices, companies will pay more attention to convergence in their strategy oriented information and collaborators, different information will be converted into different internal innovation knowledge, thus influence enterprise's innovation ability. With customer orientation for the innovation strategy of the enterprise to keep higher sensitivity for the market demand information, information as to the target market and customer demand as the basis of product innovation, at the same time they are in the process of looking for external innovation partners, will be more willing to master information of customer demand with the cooperation of organizations and individuals; By technical guidance and strategic companies often try to get the industry's most advanced technology, and use these technologies to enhance its product production process, the efficiency and the speed of new product development, so this type of enterprises in the process of looking for external innovation partners are also more willing to grasp the industry with advanced technology of the organization or individual cooperation, this will promote enterprises constantly updated production technology, process flow, etc., and further accelerate the process of new product development. Second, through to the electronics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, automotive and other industries, the questionnaire survey to 174 companies from 40 middle class students from all industries and 10 representative enterprise depth survey, the second-hand data collection and sorting, using empirical research methods to further explore the generating mechanism of the enterprise innovation performance. Statistical study found:internal innovation knowledge on the regulation of the generation of enterprise innovation performance has significant influence, especially when the choice of innovation strategy type and the innovation of knowledge within them have remained relatively adaptability between relations, enterprise knowledge innovation is more likely a positive influence on the enterprise innovation performance, namely customer oriented innovation strategy will strengthen the product knowledge of enterprise, enhance the diversity of the new product development, but also weaken the process knowledge of enterprise, decrease the speed of new product development; Technology oriented innovation strategy will strengthen the process knowledge of enterprise, improve enterprise's new product development speed, but at the same time weakens the enterprise's product knowledge, decrease the diversity of the new product development. Further quantitative confirmed the success of the enterprise knowledge innovation in enterprise innovation strategy choice plays a positive role, the empirical enterprises choose different types of innovation strategy can through the enterprise internal innovation knowledge intermediary regulation and produce different assumptions about the study of the innovation performance.
